Absolutely horrible. I witnessed the owner allowing a bartender to harass and follow around a young lady last night. I think she even followed her in the bathroom and when it was brought it up to the owner that she was being harassed and the owner took up for the bartender and kicked the female and her friends out. Then continued to harass them as they were on the back patio.

Overall this is a very welcoming and fun atmosphere place to play cards. They have blackjack (dealt from a shoe) and 3 card poker. They also have 5 tables that are available for poker. The food is always good (chicken tacos are great) Bartenders are always good about running drinks even if its busy in the bar in front. Which is always good fun, especially if you like karaoke ?. Overall it's a great place and 10x better than win river if you play cards.

Would not recommend visiting this establishment.The owner/manager believes your values/actions/beliefs need to align with her own, and is offended when you say you play at other casinos and suggests you don't visit any more.Very egotistical and horrible business decision to lose loyal customers.Can't foresee this place staying in business very long with current management practices.

If I could give this place negative 5 Stars I would. I went with a group for a fun night and was met with the rudest most draumatic staff I have ever experienced. Sounded like the staff (especially the manager which I would seriously question that position) already started their partying earlier than their patrons. One simple misunderstanding brought about the worst dumpster fire of professionalism in existence. If this is their typical behavior with customers they can just tip themselves. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if they paid me. Thank GOD I didn't waste one cent of my good money on this dump.

I'd always had a good time there and thought it would be fun to have a kareoke night with family and friends. One of our family members brought a gag gift: a white cream liqueur shot in a sperm looking container. Someone that worked there told us we could not have outside alcohol in their establishment and we would need to get rid of it. We apologized and immediately got rid of them- it makes sense and it was an honest mistake. We thought everything was ok, but then 5 minutes later a short dark haired older woman came in (the manager maybe? She never introduced herself). She began to start berating us stating that we put their entire establishment in jeopardy and we should have known better and we needed to get out immediately. No one argued with her and we all apologized and agreed to leave. As we quietly walked to the door, she walked alongside us saying "you're disgusting" and "get the hell out and never come back". Then to put the icing on the cake, she started fat shaming my sister in law and calling her a fat f***.The behavior of this woman was sickening and unwarranted- we were all compliant with her requests, and no one tried fighting with her at all. We weren't loud party girls or crazy karens... we are all moms who wanted a nice night out to celebrate. The fact anyone could treat others so harshly and cruelly without reason is horrifying. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever going to this place!!!

MONROE'S IS NOT PLUS SIZE FRIENDLY Last night on 5/6 I attended the bachelorette party of my soon to be sister in law. We started off at dinner and headed to Monroe's for some Karaoke. We arrived and headed to the back room to get settled in and the soon to be bride opened her gifts. She had received a small box of novelty liquor shots and handed each person in the party one. I declined the shot and watched everyone sillily take their shot. None of us are frequent bar goers and it never crossed our minds that we were breaking any rules. An employee of the bar walked over and said that we couldn't have the shots in the bar in a polite calm manner. To which we all responded with "we are so sorry we had no idea" and quickly discarded all of the beverages. Seconds later, Ileana Harris the owner of the bar, walks in and in a rude and very stern voice tells us she could lose her liquor license and all her employees would be without a job. To which again we all responded with "we are so sorry, we had no idea. The shots are gone, we threw them away." All of us were kind of embarrassed at this point. She then yelled "I want you all out of here, get the f**k out I don't want you to ever come back!" We all gathered up our stuff quickly and headed for the door. As we walked past the Karaoke part of the bar, she stopped in front of the doorway it felt like to almost show off to the customers. Then she proceeded to call us disgusting, she was yelling at the top of her lungs and telling us to get the f**k out and that she was calling the cops. Mind you, we were all completely embarrassed just trying to walk past her and get out of there. A few of the women in the group were still trying to apologize and say we had no idea it was against the rules. We just continued to get belittled by this completely unprofessional business owner. It felt in that moment she wanted to start a fight so she had an actual reason to call the cops. As I was walking by, she was yelling in my ear and telling me how disgusting I was, once again mind you, I was the only one in the group who had taken no shot. I said to her, "your behavior is disgusting." I said it in a quiet tone, not yelling, not in a snotty way, just blown away that we were being treated so poorly, by someone who owns a business. She then proceeded to say "f**k you, you stupid fat b***h, get the f**k out of my bar!" As a plus size woman, I have NEVER been treated like that by ANYONE! It's hard enough to gain the confidence to dress up and go out with a group of friends, then to be treated with such disgust, it completely crushed me. I can't imagine ever treating anyone like that and I cannot for the life of me believe that this place is still in business if this is how customers are treated. I understand now why outside alcohol is not allowed inside of a bar, but it was an honest mistake and it was handled by the first employee professionally. The problem was solved and we should have been allowed to go about our evening and have a good time. Instead, we were all treated like garbage. I recommend going anywhere else that supports their customers and community in a positive manner.

Karaoke was interesting to say the least, yet super fun. The crowd was lively and supportive of everyone. There were all genres of music being performed and that was cool. Next time I'll shock um with a country song or something... YeeEee!

Got some fish and chips and it's the worst I've ever had and the bartender was supposed to walk over and ask us about what's wrong with the fish but never did. She was too concerned with the other patrons even though we were here first. She could have helped cured the situation but chose not to. The security guy on the other hand super helpful much appreciated
