“I would have given five stars ? BUT for the price I would like more of a variety. Also on the day I went the chocolate donuts were kind of stale or a little overcooked. “I'm in the PNW and I ordered the Milk & Honey and the Planadas defcaf 11 oz. I was happy to see that I could order them as ground for drip and pour over. They shipped USPS and it only took two days to get to me.The coffee itself - wow! Amazing!!!! Much better than from that place in Seattle. I'm looking forward to future orders and I now have a place to visit should I ever make it to Redding!“

Awesome stickers to collect if you’re in to that sort of thing, employees remember your drinks if you’re a regular, and even if it is someone new working there always seems to be good service.The music is always on point as well. It is really cool hearing the different varieties of music played at various locations; always a fun surprise when taking a trip to Dutch Bros.The coffee is pretty good (nitro cold brew with honey and oat-milk on ice is amazing), however they do have smoothies, tea and lemonade that are pretty good as well. Highly recommend Dutch Bros for the uninitiated. ?“

“The Wife comes here often for coffee while she's grocery shopping. The people who work at this location are nice and helpful. The one complaint I have is the coffee is typically kept in carafes. Instead of being freshly brewed, the coffee is pumped in to a cup from the carafes. One of my favorites things to order is the "medicine ball". If you feel a cold coming on, order this drink it's delicious. Mint tea, peach tranquility tea, honey, and lemonade... make me feel at least 50% better instantly.“

They offer dine-in, to-go, online orders and delivery through third-party apps. It’s located right across from Mt Shasta Shopping Mall and next to Panera, so there’s plenty of parking space nearby.I really appreciate and enjoy the quality of their drinks overall. The ratios are always perfect and never taste watered down. I particularly enjoy their Earl Grey milk tea. I add grass jelly topping. Their grass jelly tastes fresh and earthy. The consistency of the milk tea is always perfectly creamy. The earl grey taste stands out yet is smooth.I also like ordering their Elegant Rose Royal Tea from their Specialty line. This one is on the sweeter side, which I don’t mind. It’s worth the wait. I like adding lychee, coconut or rainbow jelly. They are all good.A great classic I enjoy is the Janine milk tea on its own. In my opinion, it calms the tummy while satisfying the sweet cravings.I have not tried their food, but definitely plan to.“
“Stumbled upon this absolute delight on a girls trip up to Waterfall country! The shop is sweet and features classic coffee machinery as well as local artists' works on the walls. They feature specials lovingly handwritten on the board and myriad options for those of us who have food restrictions, without sacrificing flavor or enjoyment! I had a GORGEOUS Black and White iced mocha with coconut milk and it was divine! What really made me wish this was my local shop was the kind and friendly service from every employee in the building! They were kind, patient, and accommodated or many tweaks to give us exactly what we wanted! Absolutely the first stop I make the next time I'm in the area!“
