Don’t go here. Waste of money. The toppings are stale, not fresh and left uncovered. Toppings should always be covered. you can easily tell the majority of toppings they use are low quality and off brand. Too expensive. They don’t let you sample any of the yogurt flavors. Service was a$$. 1 star because the cookies r pretty good, but expensive for the size.

Absolutely amazing. Short Version: Assistance + Balance + Cleanliness + Deliciousness + Environment + -Assistance/service was great, very kind and professional, yet inviting and friendly. The owner was working during our visit (Of course I never mention that I'm a Yelp Elite Reviewer, for fear of preferential treatment). He was kind and professional but friendly, not treating us as simply customers but as friends or family. Very professional in that any issue was immediately handled (a man entered and was incredibly rude demanding to see a menu and shouting that it is confusing without menus posted -Balance of cost, quality, quantity, was perfect. $20 for two people to get froyo with toppings and Valentine's cookies. -Cleanliness, tidy and ship shape. Very well organized. -Deliciousness, incomparable. Cookies were firm and soft centered, icing was on point, rich but not overpowering, the yogurt was perfect, lots of variety, and toppings galore. -Environment/Atmosphere, Christmas and Holiday decorations, music, the aroma of fresh baked cookies permeates every ounce of your being, the location is easily accessible.

It's always tasty and always clean with helpful staff and the coolest collection of ceiling hung Christmas trees! (They're still hanging if you want to check them out) As always a little bit more than ice cream but it's way worth it even if it was alot more in price.Dietary restrictions: Sugar-Free is the FroYo call to arms if the 80's n 90's recipes are still being used.Parking: There's so much free parking that you can take 3 if you worry about dings! It's a strip mall that lost it's mainstay and the anchors, as well as almost everything else but the few that are there are all pretty on the money shops!Kid-friendliness: It's a FroYo shop that doubles as a cookie shop, can't get kid friendlier than that w/o being a park.Wheelchair accessibility: Probably just wide enough to accommodate the widest of wheelchairs.

The sweet options we got (cookie dough/cake batter) just tasted like frozen butter. And the fruity options we got tasted awful! The Strawberry tasted like fermentation and the mango tasted like bubble soap!... supper upsetting especially for the price.

Very disgusting yogurt, its either old as hell or they dont ever clean the machines. I love frozen yogurt and we frequently visit the other store but figured we would give this one a chance. We will never be returning to this store we spent 20$ just to have a tub of yogurt that was not edible..... please dont go here, it gives the last froyo shops we have a bad reputation....I wish i could speak to the owner and have them investigate their shop because its not being taken care of and their product is ruining their reputation....

This place smells dirty like a thrift store.? everything is dusty/dirty. The topping containers look like they've never been swapped out. The flavors even have a weird after taste to them. Stick to the other locations, there's a reason this one is always dead.
