Saturday brought a new group of family to Redding and we chose Corbett’s. They have a convenient downtown location in the middle of everything. Good size for small and large parties alike, we were greeted and seated swiftly. The server was very knowledgeable on the menu and what she did not know she asked rather than making up an answer. As you can see the portion sizes are large and almost shareable. My daughter’s Benedict Sauce was awesome, my son’s biscuit cream sauce good too. I asked for spicy and while it wasn’t mind blowing (my fav) it was full of flavor with a bite. When you are thinking ? of a place to dine in Redding, put Corbett’s to the head of the class.

My wife and I went to a concert on a Friday night and woke up with a hankering for good a good breakfast spot. We drove around aimlessly downtown and found Corbetts all by chance. I ordered the chorizo eggs Benedict. My wife ordered the chicken fried steak. The food was amazing. Satisfying and large portions too. Our waitress was great. Nothing bad to say about this place. The atmosphere felt inviting the minute we walked in.
