The donuts were very tasty and had great flavor. I really enjoyed the glaze donut , it tasted like it had additional notes of vanilla. Light fluffy and soft as well. Service was friendly and had great vibes for a morning pick up of donuts .
Doughboy Donuts is the best in Redding IMHO!! I have been going to Doughboy since it was a Winchell's. The baker at the main Winchell's then took over this location and named it Doughboy. They serve up large, light donuts that are always fresh. Recently I believe a daughter-in-law took it over after 20+ years, and she is upholding the best Doughboy traditions, making large fresh donuts. There are many sweet doughnut options and even a savory ham and cheese. There bacon doughnuts that the staff will even fill if you ask! We were able to talk to one of the owners and she was very awesome!
