Way faster than any delivery app. Also everytime I’ve ordered from them the food is fresh and hot unlike delivery apps. I love the fact you can pay cash! I love that they call me and make sure I know upfront I pay a little extra for living far out. They are always friendly and deliver to my exact address everytime! Unlike delivery apps which have delivered to my neighbors houses may times despite my detailed directions. Support local business! Especially this one!

Entree has been around Redding since i moved here. I love their service. It's locally owned and I love that. I've never had any major complaints and if I drop my food I know it's my own fault. Also, anytime they forget something they usually offer to run back for it.. Keep up the good work! ESPECIALLY WITH CURRENT GAS PRICES.
I enjoy the convenience of this service but it is only as good as each unique order. If everything goes well it is great but if something goes wrong there is no recourse. They don't drop the food off with any supportive structure around it. So, you must be very careful transporting into the house. If you drop something from the flimsy containers the food is packed in you are out of luck. The restaurant won't do anything and Entree Express won't do anything. If another service opens up in Redding... I will drop Entree Express like the hot tins of food they deliver NOT in a bag or box. They often forget little things like the chips with the fajitas. I am never sure if the little things they forget are the restaurant's fault or theirs. One thing I am SURE of... if something goes wrong they won't take responsibility for it and neither will the restaurant.
