Well the service was excellent, but the food I won't be eating there again. I wanted mashed potatoes and they were 6 dollars, fine I ordered them however when they came I got instant mashed potatoes that were still lumpy with gravy on top. I didn't complain I paid for them but they were the most disgusting thing I ever ordered 6 dollars for lumpy instant mashed potatoes.

We haven't been here since the new change so we weren't sure how it would be.Food was very good, the hubby had chicken fried steak with potatoes and a super blueberry muffin. However the pancakes were cool and didn't quite melt the butter, but that's typical of breakfast when restaurants are busy. I was disappointed by the very dirty filters in the ceiling, woodwork on booths and plastics all need to be cleaned. Seriously overdue elbow grease.Excellent server, super friendly and very helpful, great personality, cute dimples, very pleasant person!We will be back ?

As a company we do take out from here often and I, as an individual do dine in with my family and they are absolutely amazing. The food is consistent as well. The staff never changes so if you go in there tomorrow vs 6 months from now, you'll be greeted with the same smiling faces. 10/10
My husband and I were seated at 8:30:A.M.yesterday. We had to wait to be seated at least 3/4 minutes while the cashier cleared maybe 10 different gentleman leaving. She finally called a waitress to seat us. I tell you this because the restaurant was nearly empty when the waitress finally returned to take our order. The waitress came by and refilled our coffee a couple times and told u our food would be up soon. Over 30 minutes later our food was served. We ordered directly from the menu. No changes, no substitution. Most of the food was warm. We were so full from weak,watered down coffee that both of us ate a couple of bites and decided we'd had enough. Pretty sure we won't be going back, there simply wasn't anything that would make us return.

We always have good service we go more on week days and order off senior menu. Great breakfast! As well as à good price for it.Easy to get to lot's of room for trailers or equipment to park in parking lot.Parking: Plenty of room to park even à big rig.Kid-friendliness: Most of servers have children so they are amazing with kids. But parents you need to be courteous and clean up after your kid's some of you leave à mess and that's not polite at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Have ramp and large parking space right at front door

We discovered Humble Joe's when we had a tire problem in Redding. An employee from America's Discount Tire helped us before they were open then suggested we have breakfast next door while we waited for them to open. It was a good move. Now we stop every time we're in Redding. Love their Mother Lode breakfast with Country Fried Potatoes and a blueberry muffin. The muffins go fast though so we call ahead to make sure they have them. It's a great meal and a good value. My wife and I split the breakfast - except she gets the whole muffin, lol.
