Very very good deals, customer service, and 24 hour cooking system! Always got good breakfast, lunch, and dinner items going on and it’s really nice having one next to my house! Sometimes food might be a little over cooked but other than that, this place is one of my favs around!
Im soooo disappointed. This is my go to fast food place when we are in redding. We pulled into the drive thru with one car in front of us. We were asked to wait as that car pulled forward. We said no problem and finished figuring out what we wanted. 15 minutes later no one came back to take our order. We finally said forget it and pulled through to leave. There was no one even in front of us. The next day we decided to try again and yet again had the exact same issue. Unfortunately we tried twice and I don't think I will return there anymore.

As far as Jack in the box goes this particular location has fast service, friendly staff, and the food is always hot ? as a local doordash driver I highly recommend it to anybody who is looking for yummy Munchies in the wee small hours of the morning!Parking: Located at the corner of hilltop and East cypress, they have a large parking lot with plenty of free parking and a convenient Drive through. The staff is always friendly, professional, polite, and the food is delivered in a timely fashion and is always hot.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They, one, messed up the order. I tried to go to the window because they take forever to even get through the line without it taking 30 mins to an hr …and two, they told me I had to go back through?! Absolutely ridiculous…they messed up why should I wait another 30 mins in line to correct an order ?!? I couldnt even eat half the food I order because it was made incorrectly!! Complete waste of money. I don’t go on and write reviews like this because I have been in their position….. but this??? This was really bad!!

The staff was very unfriendly and rude they got my order wrong and made me feel about 2 feet tall when i asked for the rest of my order ... I've worked in drive through and even when my customers were rude to me (which was not very often because I'm nice to my customers and am great at customer service )i always greeted them w kindness and a smile and 9 times outta 10 they left w a smile and willing to come back again i don't believe I'll be going back to this jack in the box anytime soon ?
Super quick compared to the usual 15 minute wait at other locations. Might have been a 5 to 7 minutes wait; for Jack that's quick. I love the Jumbo Jack with Cheese no Onion. By far my favorite burger. When they have someone that understands tacos the tacos are amazing! I'm also a fan of the egg roll. I wish I owned my own Jack in the Box.

Went XMas day and trapped in drive through over 50 minutes for stale sandwich’s, cold burnt onion rings & no shake as ordered. Ok, it was a holiday so tried a few weeks later to receive the same gross meal. Only had to wait 25 minutes in the drive through though. Staff is nice enough but the food is not worth the wait or $. Food was so bad we threw it out and went down the street to get a hot meal.
