Dirty, under staffed, we ate inside and the drive through would have been faster service. Our order was wrong but I wasn't willing to wait for correct burgers. I do believe there was a problem with staff because once an employee came back from break things went faster. Still our order was burnt (how??) and crusty. I think it was the location...

It's interesting that there are only two other reviews here. One is a five-star review because the drive-thru window guy is awesome. The other is a one-star review because the line takes so long. I find myself in agreement with both. So far, it has taken probably about 10 minutes to move forward a car length, which is pretty bad for fast food. But the guy who took our order, perhaps it was Zach, was hilarious. He added a lot of personality to the experience of making our order, and made it a lot of fun. I actually got on here to write a review based on that. I was planning to give five stars if the food was good, but I am dipping down a little bit because the line is abnormally slow. I find myself at three stars, agreeing with both of the other two comments, but Zack was so awesome that I'm bumping it up to four stars. Great hire! He is clearly enjoying his job, and that makes it Fun For the Rest of us.

We stop there anytime we're in Redding! We go through the drive through, and are happy to get Zack! He's so nice and friendly! He knows what we like. Also, it's the best iced coffee ... Not Starbucks!

Love their Onion Rings, Best on the planet ! Be a little patient in the drive thru, they are short staffed (like every other fast food place on the planet right now) and are doing their best to make "YOUR" breakfast, lunch or dinner ! I always say " Thank You for coming to work today" before I drive away ! Because if they hadn't I would have had to cook....lol

Salad was wilted and hardly no salad. Chicken was good tho .I went to a jack in the box in Walnut CA. The salad was very fresh so I was disappointed with this salad. I quess not all jack in the boxes are the same !

Visited just before 9 pm. Open signs flashing, however lobby was closed the drive thru was easy to maneuver in my big a$$ truck which was nice. Staff was very friendly. Food was hot, fresh, tasty, and made correctly. Impressive.

Ordered and asked for hot fries he got hot fries but I didn't get hot so I took them back. They made me some hot ones. By the time I got the hot ones my burger was cold.i am going one of 2 curly fries the rest was a C or crispy critters from the bottom of the bag

Most the time I get decent service every so often I will get a rude employee. Food is normally correct but if you order something special on it or take something off make sure to check your item before leaving. 3/10 trips i have to go in and get something fixed. I am a picky eater and will not eat it if there is something I do not like on it. Over all decent service
Spend about $38.00. In the order was onion rings,and egg rolls. That being said I had ZERO sauce for anything, and I was short an egg roll. Plus the egg rolls I got were very cold in the middle. The people that work there should also have better Hygiene, the drive thru guy was kinda gross.

Delicious as usual! I love that I can get breakfast, even at 2pm. Sometimes a breakfast burrito and a 3 pack of egg rolls is just what you need to start or end your day.

Zack, the gentleman that was working the drive-thru window AND the front counter was fantastic. Not only was he upbeat, energetic, and oh so kind (something extremely rare in fast food), but he was apologetic for wait times as he dealt with other customers and got my food around. He even was considerate enough to ask exactly how many sauce packets I wanted when I asked for Sweet & Sour and ketchup. I would say he definitely deserves some recognition and a raise. I hope the company values what a great worker they have there.
