Employs nothing but young kids who don’t know how anything about proper customer service. They also clean up all of their equipment far before closing and refuse to sell anything. The phone number listed online also doesn’t even work.

Wow, I wouldn't be surprised if the placer location permanently closes. The service was absolutely horrible. It took 20-30 min for two drinks to be made and I was the only one in there. There was three people staffed, and yet only one was actually working, and he was the new employee. There should have been people training him. He was left to figure everything out on his own. It looks like this business is so desperate for employees, that they will hire anyone regardless of their actual skill or effort. I will not be back.

What a horrible experience. I have always loved Jamba Juice. I worked for Jamba Juice for almost 3 years, I know what the standards are and how you are supposed to do things. I had by far the worst experience I've ever had today. When I walked in, nobody was in the lobby and there were two employees and neither of them even said hi to me or anything when I walked in. They saw me, but continued doing what they were doing instead of greeting me. Finally the worker named "Raiden" came to the register and just looked at me and still failed to have any customer service skills. After I told her what I wanted, which was 3 drinks, the other employee there started making them. Instead of making the 3 I ordered at once, he started making just one of them. Other people started coming in the lobby and ordering and he then left the one drink in the blender I had ordered and instead of making my other 2 drinks, he started on the new orders that other people starting getting. So now my one drink is just melting in the blender and everyone else is getting their drinks. I ordered at 10:17am and it was then 10:28 when he started making my 2nd drink. After the 2 drinks were done he looked at me and said the 3rd drink would be right out. I walked up to grab my other drinks and asked why he skipped over my other drink and made everyone else's drinks first. He kinda just shrugged and said they got busy. I told them that they should make one order at a time and finish all the drinks for an order before they just skip one drink and make everyone else's. The girl "Raiden" looked at me and said, "I don't know what to tell you" very rudely. I was extremely annoyed at this point. They finally finished the classic smoothie I ordered and at 10:41 I received the THREE drinks I ordered. From 10:17-10:41 I was there waiting for THREE DRINKS!!!! And I was the first one there so it 100% should not haven't taken 24 minutes to make 3 drinks. I will not go back to the Placer store Jamba juice. This isn't the first time we haven't had the best experience recently but it was definitely the worst yet to make it to where we will never go back. Not only did they just take forever, but their customer service skills were AWFUL! I'm not sure how this girl even got hired at Jamba Juice, the standards used to be much higher and they apparently just take who they can get these days. I understand places get busy, and I've always been patient, but this visit was horrible. If you don't get it together, this store is going to go out of business. Other people in the lobby came outside and conversed with me about how bad it was as well. Also, when you pay as much as you pay here now, the drinks should be filled to the top. None of the 3 were.

Customer service was great! The man who served me was very kind and upbeat! Along with the fact that I was using a gift card that wouldn't read because of the machine and he said it was fine and he would fix it later and that we could leave!Also the man who made my drink told me that if I didn't like it he would remake it even though the food was great! The place also looked great and the ambiance was very upbeat! 10/10 all in all

I normally have a pleasant experience at both Jamba Juice stores, even if they r busy. Today was my 1st negative experience. I arrived in the store at 2:56pm (Holiday location) and there were 7 ppl in front of me. I wasn't waited on until 3:06 n there was now 5 ppl (a family) waiting for their order. Before even giving my order I just stood there while 1 male worker worked on the family's order n the female worker had her back to me, doing other things. I wondered why she couldn't just stop her activities n take my order at least, but I stood waiting anyway. Finally I gave my order n then sat to wait. Another customer came in w/her son n also waited about 10min to even get waited on. The male worker was finishing the family of 5 order n appeared to be new, I assumed, because he was asking how to make my drink. The female worker said she would do it instead. But she was washing dishes and other things first. The customer behind me got her order of 2 drinks first. I had waited 20min n was the last to be done. My drink wasn't even a smoothie it was an iced drink. I probably won't ever go back 2 this location. It was more than rude n also unprofessional 2 not do drinks in order; be busy cleaning instead of making drinks; n make customers wait 10min just 2 give their orders w/ur back 2 them.

Fall Time is the perfect time to stop at your local Jamba Juice for Pumpkin Smash. It's the perfect blend of frozen yogurt and pumpkin spice.Currently (Dec 1, 2022), they are offering a Cranberry Orange Smoothie with orange juice, cranberry base and coconut whip. I like it, but can't decide if it's just a tad too sweet.I love their creations.There was a fundraiser, which offered buy 1 get 1 cards, so I was able to get both to share.The workers are friendly and the service is quick.Here's What I Think...Try one of their creations or customize your own.

The smoothies we got were really good. We ordered the white gummi, vanilla blue sky and peach perfection. The cashier that took my order wasn't too friendly, Alyssa, but the person that gave us our drinks was nicer.

It's a hit or miss with this location. Depending on the employee the drinks turn out very different. There are 3-4 usual drinks we get between us and for some reason they usually turn out to one extreme or another.

Staff does not acknowledge customers. 2 people standing there waiting for over 12 minutes. Asian girl and boy with highlights should not be in customer service. At lease say something like "we will be right with you"

Great service! The whole staff is always polite and they always greet and acknowledge me as I come in. Service is always fast. This is my favorite Jamba location.
