Had to pick up a delivery order the other night for the GruhHub delivery service, I knocked on the window because my app told me to walk up for pick up and stood there for 6 minutes while this staff member sat on the counter and played on his phone while his coworker was making the orders. Now not only does this not represent the company well, it's unsanitary to sit on counters you serve and prep food and he is also promoting beer with his budweiser hoodie.

Mariah is the best! Before she took over managing this Jamba I told her at the Placer store I wouldn't go back to this store because I was never served 3 separate times. When she took over the store it did well.

I like that they have a drive thru, but service is lacking. I ordered a drink and asked that no sugar be added. This was actually advertised on the menu. When I got to the window 2 employees were mocking my drink choice loudly because I didn't want sugar and they thought that was weird. The girl then asked me if I had had this drink before as if I needed instructions on how to drink it. Both of these employees were overweight and seemed to have some major issues with someone avoiding calories.

Best Jamba juice I have ever gone too, they have improved so much since opening. I love the workers and the environment.The wait can be long but worth it :)

I can tell the manager at this location does not know what she is doing. She seems very unprofessional. Every time there is something wrong with my order or something is broken, the manager Pamela is brought out and she doesn’t ever try to help the situation. Very disappointed in her “leadership” as a manager.
