Delightful mom and pop restaurant. Quiet, atmospheric with quick service and small two person tables. The food is amazing with homemade chips and salsa and fresh sides with every dish. 10/10 recommend. But if you’re a gringo ask them to add a little spice to an otherwise delicious meal.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots. Customer service is always on point. I usually get a burrito, but you can venture off and get anything. I am normally a pretty picky eater, but this place makes me feel safe ordering anything. The quality is out of this world. I am pretty sure it is family run, as I usually only see the same few people in there. GO SUPPORT THIS PLACE!

We love this place! Friendly service, consistently great food, only a few tables inside - lots of to go orders. Just ordered tamales to pick up tomorrow for our Christmas Eve brunch on Sunday. That's how much we love and trust this restaurant!

Frankly, this restaurant I found to be quite disappointing. I'd read reviews about how friendly the owners are... maybe it was their day off, but the gal at the front counter (for ordering) looked like a deer in the headlights from the moment that we mentioned that we could only order gluten free.She was probably about 20 years old or so, but as an employee in the food industry you'd think that she'd have SOME knowledge or recollection of the words GF at least. She had no idea. We explained to her what that meant. She continued with a blank look coupled with a vague sense of impatience. (There was no one else waiting for service).We struggled on with the process... ordered the Carne Asada nachos and the chicken tamale combo plate.The nachos toppings were good, I'm fairly sure tho that the nacho chips were not GF... I've been eating GF tortilla chips for 15 years now and these reminded me of a few times where the server realized upon serving that they were not safe and snatched them away. The tamales were not good... canned sauce and weird texture.The Dr Pepper was good!We were pretty disappointed... will not be returning here.

In my opinion, the food is not good and it is also very expensive. I would not recommend it. I think that for what I paid there, you could eat better somewhere else nearby. We were just passing through and we thought it was a good option. But it is not. .
