Utterly Disappointing Experience and I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Panda Express left me no choice.Right from the start, communication was non-existent.It felt as though the staff was deliberately avoiding any interaction or questions about my order.I was instructed to pull aside and wait for my order, which I did patiently.However, after nearly 20 minutes of waiting, my order was nowhere in sight.As I waited, I observed staff members making unprofessional gestures, which seemed to mock the urgency of completing orders, mine included.To my disbelief, one employee even had the audacity to walk right past my car and head to their vehicle for a vape break.It was clear that customer service was not on their list of priorities.In the end, I left without ever receiving my food. It pains me to say that I’ll never set foot in this Panda Express again.It was not only my first negative experience with this brand but also the worst dining experience I've had to date.One star feels generous for the frustration and disappointment endured.
