Was craving tasty creamy tomato soup but was met with what felt like canned soup. They ran out of broccli and cheddar and bread before 5pm. Only redeeming items were the oatmeal cookie and Mac n cheese.

I love love love their hazelnut coffee! Good deals through the app. I find the ordering system good when it's not broken. This location lacks the charm of other locations. Love their sugar cookie. Pastries leave something to be desired, although the muffins and bagels are good.

Ordered soufflé and it was good but the bacon and egg on ciabatta was all bread with one skinny pice of bacon that was cut into 3 pieces and paper thin eggs folded once. Didn't even cover the whole sandwich. You could barely taste anything other than bread. The seating is uncomfortable and not at all inviting for a place to enjoy your meal. The booth tables are so low you have to hover over your food bent over. I have gone to Panera all over since they opened and have never experienced that. I would not go back to Redding Panera.

Overpriced. A cup of soup is $8. Their coffee is never really good I’d rather spend $6 at Dutch bros or Starbucks. My bagels are either good or burnt. The sandwiches aren’t horrible. I just think it’s overpriced and they really need to fix their espresso my latte is

Poorly managed and horrible customer service

Very welcome addition to Redding! Fast service now that the launch mania has faded.Sip Club, despite the saccharin name, is the cheapest way to get coffee if it's on your daily route.

Not the Panera experience in other parts of California. I have been to many in other parts of California. This shop is small and the environment not conducive to comfort, as other Paneras tend to be. Price of drinks has gone through the roof as well...a 12oz fountain drink is 4.39 +tax!! I ordered a bowl of soup and got a cup (although reviewing the receipt I only paid for a cup). So the staff has some team building to do to understand how to fulfill orders. If I go back it will be through their drive through and see if that works a bit better.

I will not be coming back. I just had the worst experience here. The girl at the drive thru was so rude & I had to explain to her what a frozen cold brew was. They are ALWAYS out of everything and take forever to get orders out.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panera and will never go again. Big disappointment on every level. They had only been open for an hour and didn’t have half the items on the menu. The staff was far from polite. And for a half sandwich and half salad I paid almost $19!! The sandwich was mediocre and the salad container wasn’t even full or close to the amount it used to be.

It honestly breaks my heart to write this review. I was so incredibly excited to have a Panera in our town. Unfortunately, ever since it opened, it has slowly been going downhill. Today was the worst. The food was edible, the staff was kind but the respect the staff has for food quality and professionalism was non-existent. I ordered the Southwest chicken caesar and the Southwest chicken melt, both items had ingredients missing, cilantro and Chipotle aioli. The employee that helped get my missing items was team lead and I'm incredibly disappointed that someone in a lead position would allow for a customer to take cilantro that is old, brown and slimy! The Chipotle aioli was watery and under flavor. The baguette side was incredibly hard, stale, and difficult to even chew! For the first time since they opened that we have visited, which has been diminishing because of past poor experiences, it was not busy due to being super bowl day. So, for the first time, we got our food in a timely manner. You would expect, with being the only customers in the restaurant, that your food would be perfect. I am posting the Panera mission card that was given to us on opening day. Their mission was not respected by their employees today. Two employees, including the team lead, were discussing work issues in front of us. You do not talk about work problems, like staffing, next to your customers! I have been holding off writing a review for a while hoping that Panera was going to turn around but I lost all hope tonight. It will take a lot for me to come back, I may try breakfast again, maybe that won't be so disappointing.

There portions are sad,buy there steak sandwiches, it's like paying 15 dollars for a soggy piece of bread, it was flat a couple pieces of meat, 5 times so I figure , I'm done, unless you want soup, I'll pass, pizza was sad too.
