I think this is a good review for both Cypress and Placer location. Everytime I've ordered a half and half stuffed they never put the toppings on top to be able to tell which is which. That aside the fact online you can't add an allergy is ridiculous. I've tried to get a hold of the store manager to let them know that the Placer store laughed that they got my order incorrect and had tomatoes in it. It seems getting a call back is impossible. I'm severely allergic to tomatoes and it wasn't known until after it was cooked and they wouldn't remake it or anything. Said I could get 10% or something off my next order. Which did me no good that day. There is definitely lack of professionalism at both locations. Really disappointing.

When I called for one large take out and bake yourself pizza, person on the phone stated it would be ready in 45-50minutes. Pizza should never take this long ?Vegetarian options: They do have dairy free cheese! Pretty cool.

Great place to get pizza when you are ready. It is easy to order ahead and then pick it up.

Order pizzas this morning to have ready by this afternoon at 3. It's 3:28 p.m. and they're not finish making them. Pretty annoyed, what's the point of ordering ahead of customer service is out the window? ‍

I ordered online and arrived just before my expected pick up time. My pizza was not ready, I was told it would be 10 more minutes. It took them more than 30 minutes to finish making my food. The customer service was awful. The guy apologized, but then made excuses as to why it was taking so long. There was no rushing to put the pizzas together. This is a place that does not cook pizza for you. If I had gone to a place that did, I would have got my food quicker. I am so disappointed and will not be going back.

The pizza is consistent but the price keeps going up and the customer service at my last visit was awful. I ordered online 2 adult pizzas and 2 mini make your own. When I get to the store I only find the 2 adult pizzas. The staff will not stop working on the make line to let me ask if this is my whole order they just assumed I had all my items and said I was free to go. so I stand to wait in line to talk to the girl at the register but they all start talking at once instead and inform me that even though I placed my order online 5 hours ago(plan ahead order), that won’t guarantee that I get one of the few they make each day. Which is fine but why not call and inform the customer during the 5 hours that when you pick up your pizzas we won’t have the kids pizzas? They offer to give me a medium crust that I can top myself which I decline and ask for a refund instead. One of the girls on the makeline takes my receipt and says I will get a refund in 3-5 days, I asked her if she needed my card again then and she says no. I get home and within 20 minutes a gentleman calls me back to tell me when he tried to give the refund it declined the card so I need to come back in and pay. I tell him that I wasn’t willing to come back in over $8 and he tells me I still will need to come back because my whole charge won’t go through. I tell him I will come back later to deal with it but not that night. The full amount has now cleared on my account and the refund was not issued. I don’t care about the money but I will not return to papa Murphy’s.

Picking up online orders here is a nightmare. They will not greet you or ask if you need help. They label the pizza and any sides you have to ask where to get them bc they don’t leave them with the order to pick up. If you get delivery and you are missing items it is because they just stand around on there and talk instead of completing orders or helping their customers. Customer service here is non existent. Do better

Pretty quick considering all the call-in orders.

I've had Papa Murphy's a couple times when I've visited my brother in So Cal so I decided to get this in Redding. My first visit was okay, but the internet order didn't seem to work, and it reported an error on their end so I went in and ordered face to face. I missed out on the on-line discount and they didn't offer to apply it manually for me... not a big deal but it still registered in my mind. The wait wasn't long, though. The pizza was good and I liked the convenience of being able to pick up earlier than when I'd prepare it. But it did make an oily mess in my oven. I just returned from my second visit. I ordered on-line and received a discount. I had placed foil in my oven this time too. I arrived ten minutes earlier than the "prepared by time" and since they have a special stack for on-line orders I first checked to see if mine was there, but while some were, mine was not. I waited outside but the pick up spot is in easy view so I waited. Three different people came in and ordered, got their pizza and left while I waited. So after 20 minutes I went in to see if maybe they had lost my order. Bummer... it had been there the whole time, but placed in the stacker behind the counter for orders that hadn't been pre-paid. So my 20 minute wait was unnecessary. I'll probably end up back again some day, but think I'll see if there is another take n bake alternative before I give them another try.
