It's my first time in there today I have order the #2 pho the noodle was good, but the service was very bad at the end, went i was paying bill, I usually pay with credit card. I don't really tip with the credit card, but I do cash and the owner asked me am I gonna tip her? She said at restaurant you supposed to tip them, I said depends on your service, I never heard that the owner of a restaurant ask their customers to tip them.. so I just be nice and tip her $10.

A hole in a wall place with low expectations but completely blew me out of the way! The lady that greets you, buses the table, and gives you the check is very plain at first but warmed up to me once I spoke some Vietnamese. Ordered Bun Bo Hue and when it came out, I felt like I was transported back to Vietnam! The flavors were so rich of lemon grass and it had a great spice level to it! The cuts of meat were so tender and delicious. The only downside would be the type of noodles they used. Seems to be vermicelli noodles and not the thicker almost udon type noodle that I'm used to but man does the flavor pop for this dish! I ended up ordering the Banh Mi thit nguoi (combination) - recommended by the owner cause the meat is from Vietnam & the banh mi xa xiu (bbq pork) to go Will definitely come back to this spot to try their other dishes

The best pho I’ve had in Redding. The broth tastes like the broths I ate when I was in Thailand. Our server was so kind.

Absolutely delicious. I make pho and asian fusion dishes at hone all the time but no broth ive ever had compares to Nancy and her husbands broth here. Best pho in town, and phenomenal Banh Mi's. Little mom and pop restaurant so you do have to be patient as everything is made from scratch, well worth the wait.

I lived in the Bay Area for 6-7 years and have had the best and most authentic Pho there is to have in the US. It has been hard finding a place that compares to the places I have been to in the Bay Area, until now. Pho Saigon is amazing! We knew right away that the food was going to be just as good as when we lived in the Bay. I HIGHLY recommend coming here to have their food. We had the deep fried rolls (A-1) as an appetizer and the Beef noodle soup #2 and #6. I wish I would have been patient to have taken pictures, but the food looked and smelled too amazing to wait!

I ordered number 44- chicken and shrimps with rice noodles and it was delicious. Only thing was that I had only 2 shrimps and lots of chicken. So I would appreciate if next time would be there more shrimps ? my husband loves Vietnamese coffee (very sweet and bitter) and here it was less bitter then on other places but still very good ?
