Great Pizza in town. Great little place on the corner, next to the hood. Always made fresh and never skimpy on the ingredients. Definitely worth the price.
Called in an order for sandwiches. Was told 15 mins. 48 mins after calling order in sandwiches are done. Price on website does not match what I was charged. She then laughed when I showed her.

Upon entering the male female couple wasn't too friendly. Looked around didn't see any readily available menus or specials. Ordered a 12in CHEESE only pizza I was charged 18.50 for a pizza little Caesars could have made for a fraction of the price. Couldn't even get past the first slice I gave it to the local bums.
I was on a biz trip in Redding and wanted some Pizza. Came to Shasta Pizza and met the nicest people. A gentleman that looked a bit down on his luck came in trying to buy what he could. I offered to have a couple pieces of the pizza I ordered wrapped in foil and given to him, no big deal I could not eat it all! The guy behind the counter said, he would do me one better, and hooked the guy up with some food. That makes me realize just how much good some people can do and truly are! I recommend this place, not only because the pizza is very good, but because the PEOPLE there are very good!

The owner of the store refuse my service as a delivery or customer. At her store because I didn't remember the specials they had to offer. When I did ask for a pizza and a breadstick and forgot to ask for the 2-liter she told me that I did this to her every time and I need to remember the specials they have. I explained to her that I thought it was her job to offer the specials when customers called to order and she got super disrespectful with me and started arguing with me so I told her that I would just call another Pizza company. I tried to call back 5 or 6 days later and the owner of this Pizza company put me on a do not serve list?!!!!! I've never had this type of customer service in my life I've been going to this pizza place since I was 12 I grew up in the Park view area!!!? Do not go to this pizza place and do not order from them they're rude and have terrible customer and you better remember the specials in the deals because they get mad when you don't and then refuse to serve you!!!! Good pizza if you want it with rude service and disrespectful remarks and an argument while ordering

Ordered here once before and had the French dip and it was an excellent portion size for the price. I came back and had the BBQ chicken sub and again, a great value! The sweetie at the counter was great, I loved her enthusiasm and her constant hand washing - I didn't get her name but she was great. The inside of the place isn't where you can dine in, so be prepared to grab and go or get it delivered. I have yet to try their pizza, but the ones that I saw looked packed full of meat and such.

Called to order a pizza and bread sticks, not a large order or anything. They close at 10pm, and it's 8:30 pm.The person on the phone said they're "stopping delivery a little early tonight".This isn't the first time they've denied delivery well before close.This is a big bummer because I love their pizza. I can only afford it once in a while, so I only order like once a month.I guess it's Domino's tonight.
