I have heard great things about this place. But I attempted for 10 days to call in an order and they don't answer the phone. Ever. With the competition out there now, answering the phone is kind of important. I assume the place is unprofessional if they can't answer a telephone.

I was excited to eat here. I called and no answer. I don't know if I had the right place but it looked completely closed on the outside and yelp said it was open, so I'm not sure what's going on!

The Staff Was nice. the food was Expensive and overall not very good. My Buns were soggy and so were the fry's. Overall ok but not for the high price.

Our son just took us to Breakfast at this delightful restaurant. The Cook and the waitress were extremely friendly and the food was excellent!My Husband and I had the biscuits and gravy, which were outstanding.Our son had the all-meat omelet and said it was delicious.The portions were large.

Chicken strips are standard frozen. Chili fries were sad. Hardly any fries and chili was lacking. Portion was laughable considering price. Will not return here.

Yes, the biscuits and gravy are amazing and so was everything else. Especially the service from the cook. It's now my go to travelling through Redding breakfast stop. The search has ended.

Stopped by the Snack Shack today for some late breakfast and let me tell you it did not disappoint. We had the Chicken Fried Steak and Meat Lovers Omelet. The gravy on the fried steak was and is spectacular. Lots of care goes into the food made here. Amazing, thank you Chef Martin!

We have been traveling and stop here,owner not really pleasant,not very friendly,no bathroom. We didn't get asked if wanted more coffee,water.wont b going back...just thought he would have been more appreciated he had customer for such a small place in the economy and with covid.just my opinion .the prices I thought were kinda high for what we received.

Don't want someone being fooled like I was...Mentioned it to the cook I got a sorry and said that he would have to work on that... no replacement to refund nothing... I like to support small businesses especially in these times...

I'm very much enjoyed my visit to The Snack Shack the people were kind the ship was excellent I had a patty melt and french fries that were delicious the atmosphere was excellent and I would give them are very excellent ready now please come in and enjoy they are they have Dine-in and they have take out and I couldn't tell you about delivery cuz I haven't tried that yet thank you for
