their coffee and service is not good. i ordered a extra shot and the drink was so light still when i received it at the window i had to say something, the added another one because it really looked like chai tea. and this is what i got and a lecture i should order a quad next time. if they make their coffee so light it looks like chai tea and you need to buy a million shots to make it look like coffee and then you get a lecture too?? other starbucks coffee looks like coffee not chai tea. i wonder if this is a way to sell more shots.

My mobile order was made wrong and getting a replacement felt like I needed to get an act of congress. Even though I immediately called to state my issue, they said, "Come back, we'll remake it". I said I was already on the frwy. And I would come back by the following day. The clerk took my name ( supposedly). I was told no problem. But it was a problem.
Disappointed with this location, we got three different drinks and they all tasted bland, kinda like nasty ice (and I ordered something that I knew I liked because I’ve ordered it before at the Weaverville Starbucks). Plus mine took about 15 minutes to make. Maybe they where just having an off day but I don’t see myself returning :/

I come to this location frequently and everyone has always been amazing as well as the coffee. My recent experience however makes me never want to come back. I will instead drive the extra distance to go to a location where I am treated with respect. Dessi is a terrible barista and lacks every bit of social awareness. If she is having a bad day be prepared for her to take it out on you. This is the second time I have had to deal with this lady and I am over it. It is such a shame that one person can ruin such a great establishment. I wasn’t sure on how to use my Starbucks points and when I asked for help she would talk over me saying that I need to COMMUNICATE in the snarkiest tone. If I had a dollar for every time this girl talked over me to say I need to communicate then it would have paid for my $6 coffee. Seriously ridiculous and embarrassing on her part that such a minor inconvenience would make her want to pick a fight. All I wanted was my coffee and not a lecture on communication skills from a girl who doesn’t know how to talk when it’s her turn.

Refused service. Stopped by on a morning drive. Tried drive through but vehicle height didn’t allow drive through then tried to go in but they didn’t allow anyone inside. Drive through for short vehicles only.
