I am forced to go to this SB due to early drop-off of my daughter at school and being on that side of town. On my way to work, I pre-order and go inside to pick up my mobile order. Sometimes it is ready, sometimes it is not, but I don't mind waiting a few minutes. Multiple times I will walk in and there is no acknowledgement by the staff. There are multiple customers standing around the front area, but no clear line(s), etc. Not one employee looked up from what they were doing to see if they could help someone, Welcome someone or let them know what line is to order, what line is for mobile pick-up and which counter the orders will come out of. The only smile or acknowledgement at all was the girl taking orders at the register. I finally received my mobile order after walking up and looking for my name on the filled cups. (I had multiple drinks). My food was not located, the girl at the register tied to help but did not specify whether it was still coming out, if she had found my food order, etc. I stood waiting with my drink carrier for 7 min's. I still had not been updated on my order. I left with drinks in hand, but not the food that I already paid for. Some smiles or acknowledgement to the customers would go a long way, people. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. I am a generous tipper, and although I did drop one in the tip jar, it was not earned by any means.

Drive-thru only for a walk in Starbucks? That's not the deal. A store that camp honor their posted working hours should just close.
