I am not one to leave reviews for a bad experience, but this has happened multiple times now. The Manager named Ray is so aggressive and disrespectful to his employees and to customers, I am surprised that he is still employed at this location or even at this company. As a customer, I have seen him openly criticize the company (loud enough for anyone and everyone to hear) and individuals that work alongside him. Even as a frequent doordasher, I have seen this manager screaming at his employees, ignore doordashers asking to have orders picked up, being extremely rude to customers about issues with their orders, and creating a very toxic work environment to the point that I genuinely feel bad for the base level employees working with him. As long as he is still managing this location, I will no longer be visiting.

Ray the manager is extremely aggressive towards customers & employees. I was absolutely astounded how he treated his employees. He yelled constantly and was very demeaning. Not a good experience at all. As long as he is a manager there I will never visit this location again

Waited TWELVE minutes at the window, with a massive line of cars behind me while the boss had a huddle with the team instead of working. They had the nerve to ask why I honked. Worst service in town ( managers fault).
