Last Monday I came to this location went through the drive thru didn't check my order till I got home living 2 hours away when I noticed that my order was incomplete so I called them and talked to the manager on duty jennifer and told her what had happened and she graciously apologized for there mess up also asked me when I was coming back in there so I told her and she made a note of it well Today I went back and she wasn't there but robert was who was filling in for her and explained to him the situation and he took care of it I had also told him that I talked to jennifer on Monday wich I did find out she filled him in already about it great job on the communication with the staff thank you for ur service and I will definitely be back

Took an hour to receive food, dozens of people left the store due to time constraints, with most order taking 30+ minutes to be served, pretty trash, also I was missing my Mexican pizza just to add on

Sat at the drive through for more than 5 minutes while saying "hello" to the intercom. After 8 cars where lined up behind me I decided to drive forward to the window. Was told sorry didn't see/hear you.....while I can see on the camera that there are a lot of cars lined up. If anything, go inside! Drive through is supposed to be quick and easy...ya right

I would give Zero stars if at all possible. The Reps are trash. No customer service period, they ignored even actual dine in customers, if you did manage to get someone's attention they looked at you with complete disgust. The only service rep with any brains for curtasy was the shift manager who had to make sure the right orders were going to the right patrons. First off the worker handed my order to someone else not even checking if it was the right person. Second she tried to hand me a door dash order and then disregarded my in app receipt with my order details for that of the door dash receipt. Hence the shift managers intervening. The second worker helping her prepare the second order was giving me scowling looks as if it was completely my fault for the other girls screw up. Also had to go to another location after because not everything I ordered was present upon arriving home. All over not a pleasant or even decent interaction except with the shift manager. Come to find out this particular business is not part of Taco bell corporation ran places so if you want true Taco Bell service and foods Do Not Go to this location. I for one will never go to this establishment again. I hope the Taco Bell Corp. removes this disgrace from their app as well as search engines for Google and the like it's ruining their corperate name as well as reputation in the fast food industry.

Always good to the customer and a great amount of culinary science has kept me and others happy. Thanks taco bell.Wheelchair accessibility: Clean side walks decorative lighting and updates to the interior menus have kept clutter away from gardening areas for years.
