In December of 2023 for example, I ordered two chicken tacos and ended up getting two ground beef tacos but had already driven to another part of town to eat.

It's all about the tacos, and the made in house sauce "not-so-rocket" hot sauce. Since they haven't named version 2, and if you ask for Rocket everyone feels obligated to explain. Things change and a primary ingredient is not available, so there is a reasonable substitute, so ask for it for these excellent tacos.

Please stop over frying the taco light shells. They used to be so perfect with a nice light color but now they burn the shells. I'm sure you changed it because the shells break easy but that's what made them so good. We just moved back from So Cal and we would always say how much we missed taco shop and the taco lights tacos. After making a stop before we parked our moving truck at the new house we went to taco shop only to be super dissapaointed.

The full Taco is from Taco Shop at the corner of East Cypress and Hilltop in Redding I always put the cheese under the lettuce the one that is mostly empty is from Taco Bell both tacos cost the same

Ordered nachos and they looked amazing, but when I went to eat them it was nothing but a whole lot of beans and soggy chips. Customer service was good which is why I gave 3 stars.

I had the double meat super burrito with chicken. I've had better Mexican food at taco bell for real. The chicken was barely warm and unseasoned. Every ingredient in it tasted like taco night at a white family's house. They put black olives in a burrito why ? Would not recommend.

I am a repeat drive-thru customer. I have ordered super nachos nearly every visit and been happy with the food. Today's order was a big disappointment. There is a lot more chips, very little meat and a very small scoop of beans. I paid for super nachos but did not get my money's worth. My husband says we will not go back.
