Came here with hubby for a post workout shake and really enjoyed them a lot! This place is bright and well kept with a sweet little small children play area. The shakes are filling and there are many flavors to choose from. First timers and will be back!

If you're looking for a local nutrition shop with amazing drinks, look no further. Every time I go I walk out with a bomb tasting tea and a smile on my face. The customer service is great, Barb is especially awesome! She knows you when you walk in and makes you and your order feel like a priority not to mention the inside of the shop is so stinking cute! If you haven't had a chance to try it yet, go check it out!

They make awesome protein milkshakes for around 208 calories/24g protein...Reeses Cheesecake. They can also use their protein to make protein waffles. Yummmm!!!

This is a new place that just opened up. They offer teas, coffee, shakes and smoothies, along with snacks, and everything seems to have a healthy spin on it. Prices are reasonable for what they offer.Kiddos got an orange strawberry refresher, and a orange blueberry refresher, and I got a Tea called Beast Mode, which was, if I remember right, lemon, blueberry with bcaa. All 3 of them were delicious.We will definitely be repeat customers!

I stopped in because I needed a little pick-me-up without sugar. I'm hypoglycemic and they have tons options for shakes and teas. I decided on the "Boss Babe", a strawberry, orange, watermelon tea and it was exactly what I needed! So refreshing!
