Terrible food and terrible service. we were the only people in there and it took nearly 30 min to get our food, which was only two soups a salad and a grilled cheese, so we thought. Our food finally came and there was no grilled cheese, which we clearly ordered, but they didn’t get because the staff could not understand or communicate clearly due to a language barrier. The clam chowder was so fishy that it was inedible (took one bite and threw it away) and the lobster bisque was pretty much just tomato bisque. The bread was fine, although I could not eat my bread bowl due to the fishy taste of the chowder, but the rest was extremely disappointing.

We both got the Lobster Bisque, it comes with 3 slices of sourdough bread and was by far the best we've ever had. This was my third time there and it never disappoints. The sandwiches are amazing as well.

I've eaten inside the establishment once and it was a great experience. Fast service friendly workers and order was perfect. Delicious food. I've also ordered on DoorDash a couple times, on the site it doesn't allow for certain things to be changed. I called both times after submitting the order and asked if they could accommodate my requested edit and they have obliged each time. And they are so nice about it!! Highly recommend

So the French dip I ordered was delicious.Yes I know they make their own bread.My issue is price.I frequented a similar establishment in San Jose for years that charges $10 for an 8 inch sandwich cut in two.I don't see how 4 inches is worth what West Coast is charging for it.Also, my boss lady's sandwich had hardly anything on it, and was also so spicy that she couldn't eat it. She likes spicy but this was overboard.I'm thinking they need to go back to the drawing board on this one because it's gonna be a no from me, dawg.

Food is good. Service not so much. All the guys looked miserable to be there and there was a heavy language barrier. They couldn’t answer any of my questions. I believe because of the heavy language barrier. DoorDash it and you’ll have a nice meal.
I ordered a French dip from here and it was the worst I’ve ever had. The meat didn’t even look fully cooked and it was completely flavorless. The Au jus needed more salt and probably some extra seasoning. Also, my dasher literally stapled and taped a happy ending massage business card to my bag.

The bbq brisket is amazing and the cracked pepper turkey is so flavorful. I saw a review saying the sourdough taste like basic store bread and idk what they are talking about ? the bread is amazing and fresh. I'm hoping to try their tomato bisque next time. So far 10/10!

I order from you every shift that I work, you guys have hands down the best sandwiches. I have yet to have bad food from you. On top of how great your sandwiches are you have the best cookies. I’ve never been in and ordered I always get your food through doordash and somehow your food is still amazing.
