So I ordered some bowls with white rice as the base. Apparently they were out of white rice... a poki place out of white rice. So they sent me brown rice.... I just don't like brown rice with poki. Have you ever seen a brown rice sushi roll? Don't substitute white for brown... call the customer to ask them what they want to do before making that decision.

What is the point of closing at 9PM when your GRILL closes at 8PM? Even an hour before I can’t order what I want. I can not recommend this place to anyone wanting to have dinner from there.

Not really the typical poke restaurant offerings but they have a great selection for everyone. They have kids options too which was a great surprise. I would recommend this restaurant.Parking: Plenty of parking behind the building and it's freeWheelchair accessibility: I didn't notice the wheelchair accessible door.
First time having a poki bowl. Went for their Veteran's Day promo. Food was fresh and delicious. I tried the grilled salmon bowl, and asked the server for her recommendations for the toppings. She was very pleasant, and her recommendations were perfect. Will definitely go back.

I did an online order. When I picked it up, they had packaged the rice separately from the toppings. So I was unimpressed at first. But I understand this as one is cold and the other is hot. When I got home, I dumped the toppings out of the bowl and then put the rice in the bowl and put the toppings back on top. And oh my goodness….. it was fantastic. Best Poké bowl I’ve ever had. The flavor is amazing. I did the house sauce and some eel sauce drizzled on top. Absolutely delicious. I am a big fan and will return.Parking: Nice large parking in the back.

The food looked great.. but halfWay thru my husbands bowl, there was a huge black fly covered in sauce trying to walk away. OMG. He took the bowl to the lady and she apologized and made him a new one. But me, I couldn't finish mine.. I'm so grossed out. An image I won't get out of my head for a bit.

Terrible! I had purchased 2 large bowls and a chicken bowl online and never received it, employees closed the store and we didnt know cause online they said they were open. The next day we called and the girl who answered kindly made our order, I noticed my food was very warm and they had placed warm rice in my plate when I ordered raw fish and fresh greens, so my fish and greens were warm and unpleasant. I found about 3 pieces of ahi tuna that were completely GREY! The Avocado was black and we had paid extra for Avocado. I ended up throwing my food away, I lost my whole appetite. The only good thing was the chicken bowl, it was very delicious, I ended up sharing that with my kids.
The staff was great at this particular ahipoke. The woman who made our food was very friendly and super helpful. Her co worker was also helpful and you can tell they work well together. The food was delicious as well.

The food was tasty. I ordered the grilled salmon. Service was fast and friendly. I went on a Sunday around 1pm and it was not busy. The place was clean and had a good amount of seating. The AC was very cool on a hot day.

We went in to order 3 poki bowls and 1grilled salmon bowl! Everything looked beautiful when they were in the bowls! As we were eating, we noticed that the salmon, tuna, and shrimp sashimi were nearly at room temperature. We were jokingly saying that hope we won't get stomached! Right after we finished, we went to Trader Joe that's literally a crossed the street, my son then my husband started having cramps, the both had to go to the bathroom! Shortly after we got home from grocery shopping, I, too, started having really bad stomachaches! Not only did I have diarrhea, I also vomited! It was our first time trying out poki, and yet it turned into nightmare!Not only is food freshness really a concern, but the environmental cleanliness is also a question! When we done in, we noticed the table was sticky and the trays we used were all greasy!

3 starsThe fish was okay. Tuna was old wasn't pink anymore.The spring mix was not appetizing at all it tasted so old. The sprouts they gave me was the bottom of the bag and just also gross. The salmon was fine and most sides were fine but you throw it all together and just come out with 3 stars. Service was okay speed, the inside is nice and the outside if you want to sit. I think I'd only stop here again if it was convenient but I've just been to better locally.
Took the whole family here everybody was very happy!!!
