This roaster doesn't miss. The six beans I've tried have all been good, fresh, crowd-pleasing coffees. We drink it black, and it fits in with the other specialty coffees we get from Landmark, Augies (RIP), and other local roasteries. The shop itself is fun and loaded with personality. Good little spot to get coffee with a friend.

I use the Philips Automatic Lattego 3200 and I usually use what I thought were pretty good whole beans for my espresso shots. I was out of beans and I hadn't been able to make it to Costco to pick up another bag. I came across Amend and Revise at Gerard's Market and I grabbed a 12oz bag of the Prospect Whole Bean Roast, which is a Med-Dark Roast. Delicious coffee & local delivery kept me caffeinated during Covid. Which is great, but the customer service is amazing. I mentioned that my wife would like a lighter varietal in decaf, their current decaf was dark roast. They actually found another roaster and referred me to another roaster to get the roast i was looking for. That is what customer service should be.They have a loyal customer in me. You might want to give them a try too.
