Baskin Robbins in Redlands has a very large selection of ice cream flavors. Their ice cream is very good, however, their portions are on the light side compared to other competing shoppes.

3.5 stars. This is the only Baskin Robbins near my house that does custom photo ice cream cakes, which is something I get for my kids every summer for both of their bdays. This store does not bother to communicate with you about questions if your customizations need clarification. They will just take their best guess. That's not professional, especially since they have your phone number and email address. The location in Rialto used to contact me if they were unsure-- but they no longer do custom photo cakes according to their online menu, so the Redlands location is my only choice. I was very happy with one of their cakes but the most recent cake I ordered was not as great. Besides it being lopsided (the cake was like a warped record), they put icing words on the cardboard instead of on the cake. When I asked if the letters were hard enough for me to place on the cake myself, the answer was, "I have no idea." She offered to have it done right then, which was courteous. I did not have time for this extra work, so I took the cake as is. I think custom cakes are such a wonderful idea and the execution here could be so much better if this store prioritized customer satisfaction, especially when you consider the price ($48 for the smallest cake). You guys have a good thing that could be great if you tried. The cake tasted good though.

Great shop with a huge variety of ice creams to choose from. I got the chocolate fudge is it was delicious. The portion size is so big and worth the price.

Went in today, got a quart of ice cream and scoop. The middle aged guy working there weighs the quart to 1.5 lbs but the sign in huge letters says 1.8 lbs. He starts arguing with me about what different scales weigh what. Says he doesn't want to get fired for weighing it to 1.8 lb, but did because other customers along with myself demanded it. So much for customer service. Either change your sign or weigh correctly. Won't be back.

I like stopping at Baskin-Robbins when out riding my bicycle. So many great flavors to choose from. The store is bright and clean and staffed with friendly servers.

Been here a couple of times, each time there have been new flavors and some staples as well. The staff has generally been friendly and have offered samples to us if we can't decide on what to order. A good ice cream option in Downtown Redlands, but with such high prices, A La Minute may be the better option. Just my personal opinion, but Baskin-Robbins is still a solid spot with ice creams, drinks, and cake options!

At this particular Baskin-Robbins on State Street in San J Jacinto has the nicest people working there they're helpful and polite just if you get a shake make sure you tell him to make it thick cuz that's not how they normally make the shake shakes are good but they're too thin however they have a nice variety and good merchandise at that store ice cream cakes Etc you have a good experience
Thank you for the amazing ice cream cake! We custom ordered it 1 week before the date we needed it and it was ready earlier than the time we had asked it to be ready by.It definitely made our son's birthday. He was so excited to see it. And it tasted fantastic! This store is always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful! We will be back!

On a nice Sunday afternoon, it's nice to come here and enjoy some ice cream with your family.Located on the corner of Eight and Stuart, you'll be able to find parking nearby.The store is clean and air conditioned. The employees here are very friendly and fast with their service. We ate our ice cream listening to 80's music. We had a lovely time.

The little indian girl in there wouldn’t know a full scoop of ice cream if it slapped her in the back of the head. $9 banana split with three little dollops of ice cream is insane to me personally. Plus, she had an attitude when I had to specify for the (second) time that it would be to go. I wish common sense was a little more common.
