Classic (not too) greasy spoon with some southwest & Mexican flair. I went basic (veggie omelet w/country potatoes & toast) and was not disappointed. My wife went for the hatch benedict; it was incredible, served on a bed of fried hatch chilies instead of English muffin. Friendly service and down home atmosphere.

My server Terry was amazing. She’s always carrying such a good spirit and does an amazing job while I’m here. Good was great as always but the Terry was the icing on the cake. Definitely coming back.

Plenty busy on the weekend so I recommend you get in early-ish. Eggs, bacon and biscuits/gravy are spot on....the coffee is hot and plentiful. Very friendly staffers. The pancakes weren't to my taste but that's why God created Biscuits/gravy (I'm going to dream of them, til next weekend ;) )
