This is my first time coming here and I let it be known that it’s my first time and I wanted a quesadilla and I asked the second time if it could be made less juicy. The lady keeps telling me how to do her job like I can’t physically see how she made my quesadilla So I told her nicely, I don’t like my food soggy, and that I would like it to be cooked crunchy on the stove please. And she keeps telling me to look at the stove and see all the broth coming out of the quesadilla Which I already seen I was just asking if she can make my quesadilla. Well done because my first quesadilla was so soggy it was falling Apart, when I went to take a bite. And then the whole experience was just no communication no reassurance I Said that it was mine and my mom‘s first time here which you would think they would accommodate that we don’t know how it works. It reminds me of a chipotle experience where you order on one side and work your way to the end side, telling them the items you want on your plate Overall, my experience was not good at all.. the food wasn’t good either. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. ?

This place deserve 0 stars.The surveys were rude and the fresh drinks were empty and nasty and when I asked them about it they said we're working on it with an attitude and the restroom were disgusting and broken. This was also not worth the $65 for 3 people and the small portions.

Food is good but the wait for delivery is ridiculous. Placed my order over an hour ago and the dasher is still waiting for order. Can’t even depend on them for the estimated time. My first eta was 11:15-11-30. It’s 11:30 and my dasher is still waiting for order.

I was recommended from someone to try this place and I’m glad I did food was good it does remind me of
absolutely ridiculous they don't have lettuce when they sell salads. if your out of anything tell customers before their order so they can debate weather they want to spend 15 dollars on their salad without lettuce.

Wow! I truly love this place but not this location, blown away by the lack of love for one's work and care. I also can't believe the culture of the workers and manager that s spoke with well there. The manager stated that the place was cleaned this morning and drink stations had been filled but I think the pictures will state different. Cafe rio you need to clean house and get some people in there that care more for the brand then the music that are listening to on their ear buds. Also please don't reply like you care until the problem is solved. Not to mention they give less portions than any location I've ever been to and I've been to many.

Terrible!!! WTH happened to this place . They had a full staff and the whole place was disgusting . The floors were so dirty food and paper all over the floor ... every table was filthy ... the soda machine is filthy ... I have never seen a Restaurant this dirty . Never going back .
Please check cameras to verify my words. Tl/dr: sloppy and careless process, don't even ask and just assume my protein, small portions, make fun of my accent. I came in around 6:50 P.M on Thursday 7th, March, 2024 (literally yesterday). This is my first time here so I spent around 5 minutes to read the menu, and I thought, oh, ordering process my be like Chipotle. I asked for a burrito, white rice and black bean, hot sauce, then the employee asked if I want cheese. The important part is here, please check the camera. I thought he gonna ask what kind of meat I want (JUST LIKE THOSE STEPS IN THE MENU), but NO, he didn't ask me AT ALL(please check), the whole thing was very fast and sloppy and I didn't even notice he just put a little of meat in there(look at the photo, I TORE the tortilla right after I got home to check how many meat I got), then put it in the rolling oven. Then come the next guy, I thought they put protein AFTER the rolling oven so I ask him that I want beef barbacoa. He was confused and ask if I wanted it on the side, I'm also confused and said no. Then he asked if I want lettuce and salsa, which at this point I don't work what going on and whatever, I just roll with it. Here come the RACIST part, he was making fun of my accent when he handed my food to the cashier and clearly said BEEF BAR-BA-CO-A like how I said it, I knew it immediately cause she asked him back and laughed: "why do you say it like that?"(Please hire a lip reader and check cam to verify my words). I also said for to go and she still put it in the receipt as dine-in, which is no biggie. Here are my receipt and food photo. There is barely any meat in my food. Please look, I tore it up fresh right after I got home here. Guess I will never come back.

Awesome food. The workers are very personable and very polite. I do wish for a drive thru Cafe Rio. I hope they open a new restaurant perhaps the east end of Redlands to Yucaipa or beyond.
