I honestly hate coming to this location. It’s always something; missing food, completely wrong order, over 30 minute wait for mobile orders, and it’s never organized. I’ve been to so many other locations that are more busy, and it’s never this bad.

Why would anyone approve an entrance lane to citrus plaza being devoted solely to your drive thru, with no way to exit until you get to the drive up window? Infuriating, and stupid! I'm an infrequentl visitor to citrus plaza, and had no way to know I was stuck for 15 minutes.
The girl who took our order was new and needed help taking our order. She wasn’t given any help nor did she ask for it. When we received our order they messed up the sandwiches and forgot our sauces. By the time we got our correct order the fries were cold.

The food here is at the same high quality as at any other Chick Fil A. The young staff is also friendly, fast and competent, doing their best to keep things moving. If you dine in and a worker has a moment, they’ll come to the tables and offer to get drink refills fly you. The inside and outside tables are kept clean. The only complaint is the expense. But the way things are going, the food is better and cheaper than several other fast food places.
