Cookie Co?More like Cookie No!?!At $4.50 a cookie, you’d expect a cookie that wouldn’t be so bland. I was unlucky enough to buy a four-pack and couldn't even finish one of them... We tried chocolate chip, snickers, and the monster cookie. Between my wife and I, we couldn't finish a single cookie. A sad waste of cheat day

The atmosphere is very beautiful ❤️, I was craving a cookie here I got the chocolate chip I have to be honest didn't even seem like it was baked at all.. maybe you should bake them a little longer....or maybe that's the taste you guys are going for his seem really doughy

Cookie Co is a wonderful example of a "local kid made good", in every sense of the word. What began in Redlands during the height of the pandemic in 2020 quickly became a cookie sensation; now with shops in over a dozen states!! And it all started in Redlands! Cookie Co is located on Stuart, situated in between the Trader Joe's plaza and The Packinghouse District. Every week they offer 6 different kinds of cookies, with new offerings they rotate in and out of the mix. Simply put, all of their offerings are a total mouthgasm of taste. One of their logos is "Real Eggs, Real Butter, Real Sugar" and wow does it show. Their cookies are absolutely delicious. I've never had a bad offering here. They also offer a unique selection of specialty soda concoctions to wash the cookies down with. What the wife and I also enjoy is they have a section in the store featuring creations from local-area artisans for sale. Candles, jewelers, clothes, etc. This really add a unique local flavor to everything. The employees here are always friendly and happy to make suggestions. My only minor complaint is the parking area for here is the size of a postage stamp! And backing out of the handicapped spot can be very risky. Still, there is a large parking structure across the street where you can park more easily. Nothing but 5 stars for this place. You must stop by and treat yourself to a cookie or 4 when you're in the area!

I’m sorry but what’s up with customer service? If going in the last 15 minutes is an issue than lock your door. No greeting and everyone just awkwardly staring at me when i walked in saying not a word.after paying i say thank you and he just stood silent. Felt very uncomfortable. Brush up on your customer service since I’m never coming back.

It's 8:13 on December 14th why are they closed while the workers are inside ignoring the multiple people who are outside wondering why they are closed?? The door says they close at 9pm!!! I drove 30 min here!!! Very upsetting get it together !!!
