I ordered food from mobile app with a certain amount of sauces. When I got to the drive thru, they handed me my bag, and when I asked if they added my sauces, the cashier told me yes and she lied because when I opened my bag there were no sauces in the bag. When I told the cashier that there were no sauces in my bag, she took my bag and only put 2 sauces in there when there should have been 6. Lady, dont ever lie to me again and stop being so stingy with the sauces.

I'm more mad at myself than the restaurant because I knew better. Every time I get jack in the box there is something wrong. The false advertising is horrendous! The service is sometimes okay, but usually I never get utensils or napkins. The prices are too high for this crappy food.

I got some coupons I wanted to use here. They had no objection. Also the place is well located and well lit which I feel safe going. In general good they have good burgers and no long queues to order.

Probably one of the worst experience ever. All I ordered was a chicken nugget meal, which was 7-8$. And instead i got onion rings that i didnt order. Nothing else. So i decided to call and see if i could pick up my actual order i was sent to immediate voicemail 10 times. For the 11th time someone finally picked up my call. And they apologized for the inconvenience, and even said that they could replace my order fully, and even throw in an extra item on the house. Which was surprisingly gracious of them. So i swung by to take them up on that offer, just for the lady at the register to ignore me when i was told her about the earlier issue and replacement. Ok. Thats fine, i guess ill just buy the food that I bought previously again although i did not receive it the first time. The lady just tells me to pull up before i can say anything, and when i get to the window she tells me i cant order, and i need to go around again if i want food, even though i was the only car there. So, didnt get my food the first time, was lied to about a replacement, and then told to get out the drivethru because Im "messing up her timer". All she had to do was take my order and ask me to park or something (even though there WERE NO CARS). So if you're willing to donate to small businesses for free, and enjoy being disregarded. This is the place for you. Customer service was pretty awful, paid about 20$ to go around a drive thru 3 times to get my food. Thats worth about 7$. Nice. Pretty sucky considering i am, and now was, a regular here.Best part of this? She even messed up on my order again. Lovely. :)

Last night I bought myself and my kids food after a long drive out of town. Almost immediately after we ate our whole household was throwing up. Now we are dealing with food poisoning. I’m so disappointed especially because jack in the box is our favorite. The service was fast and employee was nice but man, food Poisoning!! Management needs to be checking the food temps, dates, ect.

I hadn't been to a Jack in the Box for several years, and I now know why. Service is a bit slow, Etienne and the in-store atmosphere is very average. But the food, over the years, has markedly deteriorated. There are fewer items on the menu and the quality of the items gives the fast food genre its bad reputation. I'll not be returning to Jacks.
