“Eating this food is like having a religious experience, it's soo good. I always get the jerk chicken plate with peas and rice and plantains with the sauce on the chicken (you can also get the sauce on the side). The peas and rice are always cooked perfectly with a subtle but delicious flavor. The chicken (on the bone) is tender, juicy, a generous portion and the jerk sauce is like a party in your mouth - super flavorful and good heat. The plantains have a nice caramelized flavor and cooked to the perfect soft, yet not mushy, texture. The ginger beer is also delicious and pairs great with the food. The staff are all kind, efficient, and know what they are doing, I never wait more than 5 minutes for my food and they always get my order right. I try to come as often as possible while I'm in the area - I think about it at least a couple times a week lol. My daughter has also tried the goat curry and she loves it. Do yourself a favor and come here for a great delicious meal at a reasonable price you won't be sorry!“
“This is our 2nd time trying this place. It’s more of a place where I would pick up food- not dine in. The food is very tasty. I have tried the oxtails, goat curry, chicken curry, stewed chicken, and jerk chicken. I’m not sure if you’ll be able to tell from my photos but portions are small considering the high price of the plates. My plate had only 2 oxtails and 3 very small pieces of chicken. The lady that runs the establishment is not the most friendly, however that won’t stop me from frequenting this place every now & then.“
“The Jerk is a great spot if you're craving something different! The meat was super tasty as well as the sides. We got the jerk chicken and steak, which both had a really unique flavor that me and my boyfriend had never had before. Everything about the meal was delicious, even the lemonade we ordered! Our only complaint would be the lack of seating- either be prepared to wait for a seat or take your food to go. Other than that it was awesome.“
