I went there last week and order four sandwiches and I'm alegic to lettuce and tomatoes and onions and when I get to the woman to make my sandwich she started to put those items on it. She didn't asked me what I wanted and I told her she needed to wait before she decides what to put on my sandwich. Then the man messed up one of my sandwich and made the wrong one and he had to make up the right sandwich. Then one of the ladies had a attitude with me and I asked for a refund one of my sandwich. Then she had me wait another 20 minutes to get my last sandwich and I waited patiently, and my other sandwich was already made but she didn't want to give it to me. I asked the other lady about it and she told me she was sorry and the other lady had a attitude with me and I also told her , this is the way you treat veterans with disrespect and you are very rude. Then I asked the big man for corporate office number and then he said no one will help me. So I will not return to this business because it seems they don't care about there customers and the way they treat them.

Legit awful. Ordered here on my lunch break as I was running errands and drove out of my way for it. I ordered at the wrong location on the app but figured I'd go anyway. Over a half hour after I ordered for my pickup order, they had not made it. Waited in the store and told them to refund me because I needed to get back to work and they hadn't even started it during the rush. I missed eating anything at all. So frustrating for a fast food joint.

Sandwich was decent even though the bread quality seems to have downgraded. (Not the price though)I concur that this store is filthy and 3 employees basically standing around not giving you know what. I see this more and more with business, not sure if it's the state of the workforce or management/owners just happy to have someone there.Dirty counters, floors, trash, etc...should have took some pics. I would understand if there was a line out the door but I was the only one there. Everytime I spend money at a restaurant just reminds me to stay home and cook.

(All of this keep in mind.. MINIMUM wage job.) Do not give this location any business.They are not good to their employees and they lie on their available positions. One girl was told that she was applying for a Shift Lead position and she found out during the interview that she cannot be shift lead for a year. Not only that, before they even start they must memorize each sandwich with its toppings in correct order.. and no compensation for this.

The hiring process for this minimum wage job is insane. Either pay people more for the ludicrous expectations or chill out. Also, don’t post a job for a shift lead if you aren’t hiring a shift lead.
Worst Jersey Mikes I've ever been to. The overall appearance of the store was unsatisfactory. The hygiene of the employees was sub par. I overheard the "manager" berating some kid for not knowing the exact order the meats are stacked on the sandwich. Go anywhere else!

I want to leave a positive review even though my sandwich was mad incorrectly, which seems to be a reoccurring issue after reading other reviews. With that being said, the staff went above and beyond to fix the issue once I returned to pick up my correct order. They were friendly, quick, and made me laugh with their banter behind the counter. I will be back because they made my experience better by just being friendly

Had a turkey club it was excellent my husband had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich he loved it ??Vegetarian options: They have a Portobello and pepper sandwich looks pretty good haven't had it though...

Not the best JM location. In general, Jersey Mike's food quality is great. This last visit, customer service problems. Order taken by a nice guy John. I apologize in advance that I'd like extra mayo to which he says he totally gets it as he likes mayo also. Fast forward to Jason wrapping the hot sandwich, I look and ask if I could please have extra mayo. Jason says he placed mayo on both sides to which I again ask for more. He again argues he put mayo on both sides. It's like a comedy routine to which I finally ask if we're going to argue about what extra mayo constitutes. Jason tells me to close the door on the way out which is guaranteed to illicit an escalation. Bottom line.. Jersey Mike's is great. Training where 20 year olds wise-ass customers leaves something to be desired.
