Today I stood in front of the cash register waiting to be helped for several minutes. Neither of the workers acknowledge me. One of the workers was just there standing staring at the blender. Customer service has gone down the drain. I ended up walking out and not giving them my business.

Love this spot. We have two in town but this is the place to be! Didn't see the horchata drink on the menu and they still made it for me. It has dates and other ingredients. Gotta love it! Place always looks super clean and staff is pretty amazing. Prices are also better than juice it up near citrus plaza. They rip up off. Something to do with franchise. Anyways, downtown Redlands. Check them out!!

This place rocks! Since becoming a rewards member,the staff is so warm towards myself and my fiancée. We are both mobility challenged and we are always treated with the utmost respect. Our go to smoothie blends are protein packed and fruit based. I always either get the Vital Proteins Blue smoothie or the PB Cold brew smoothie. We also love how open the location is and the menu options are fantastically displayed. Thanks so much for taking care of us whenever we stop in.

I called at 7:20 pm to a place a order for raw Jucie and they said that they don’t do the raw juices after 7 pm but they close at 8 so where is the point at least they should take orders until 7:40 pm not going there anymore

Juice It Up! Is a western and southwestern chain that operates on a franchise model. So while it feels corporate, it's locally owned and operated. Their menu is diverse with an incredible amount of refreshing options. The menu orientation is towards whole-body wellness with fresh, raw, immunity-boosting juices to life-style drinks including pre and post workout beverages.Today we were on a 4 mile walk and stopped by for a quick refreshment: a Strawberry Wave. At only 170 calories and ice cold, it hit the spot. The strawberries were frozen, but when blended it went through the straw readily. It was fruity, creamy and sweet. It added a pep in our step for the return walk home.
Staff is really helpful and made solid recommendations! Always enjoy the smoothies I get here!

This place is awful the lady didn’t want to take my order of two drinks because she was working on a order, and was too busy, really? No customer service skills most ppl would take the order and continue with the pick up order! I can Tell she was annoyed and didn’t want to be there, literally did not take my order and told me to leave! Awful I hope her manager sees this! Today is 8/11 332pm or maybe the owner doesn’t care and has her Overworked! Horrible customer service furthermore the person picking up order wasn’t there! They refused to give service my son had to witness it. What they lacked was customer service ethic such as Run the order n save the sale n continue with the pick up order, after all is juice not steak! What happened to multitasking n customer service? Just sad! Lastly there were only two ppl there

One of our favorite açaí places. This is our boys favorite dessert and it's healthier than a lot of choices out there. So yummy, quality food, and the service is quick and helpful.

I love Juice it up. I walked in hoping to get served. No one greeted me. No one acknowledged my presence nor did anyone tell me that they would be right with me. Instead, the workers were so caught up with making drinks. It almost felt intentional. Mind you, I was the only one in line. I am sure there is so much more going on behind closed doors, and maybe they were fulfilling online orders. It’s just the principle, had someone spoke with me (or provided some sort of service) I would’ve felt like service was provided and I would’ve waited. But I waited and was ignored.

Love this juice it up location! Food: They have smoothies, fresh juices, acai bowls, and even snacks you can grab. My go to smoothie is the pina colada. This time we got a pina colada and mango mania (medium sizes). The smoothies were a little bit on the chunky side and very thick so we had to wait a little bit before drinking them but I still really enjoyed the flavors and quality of products. Price: it's about $6 for a medium size smoothie without add-ons which is reasonable compared to most other places! Parking: There is parking behind the store and a door from the parking lot that leads to the back of the store. The front of the store can easily be seen from the main street! No wifi available. Restrooms are available. It's a quiet reatuarant. I love that this location has secret flavors (see picture).
