Pizza was great, line was a little slow on a Saturday night and it seemed they could have used another staff member. The pizza was great regardless.Kid-friendliness: Large turf area outside of the resteraunt for kids to play

I liked everything, you can prepare the salads however you want or with five recipes already given by the house. The pizzas are very good because you prepare them to your liking with the number of ingredients you like, but the best thing is that it is a thin and non-digestible dough. The products are of good quality and fresh. The prices were good, two people ate with a budget of 25 dollars in medium sizes and we were very good.

Excellent pizza at a reasonable price - same price for any number of toppings, made to order & ready in 10 minutes or less even! they also have a chocolate cake called the "no name cake" which is exactly like a hostess ding dong, but made from top quality ingredients--simply amazing

A woman by the name of Tameka Louis, the owner at this establishment, is unbelievably unprofessional. I am under the age of 18. Her and I had an unpleasant interaction two to three months ago about my nine year old brother playing with a window riser. He was swinging the silver wire around while we were waiting in line and one of the workers in the back of the establishment asked me if I could tell him to stop. I wasn’t paying attention so she repeated herself and added that she has seen the window fall on a customer because they were playing with the window . I told my brother to stop and Tameka rudely added, “Not only that but if you break it you buy it.” Not only is that unprofessional but it is rude. It was almost my turn to order my pizza and I can visibly see her laughing with the customers in front of me and being really nice. However, when my brother, sister, and I go to order our pizza she is completely silent and visibly annoyed at us. She only says what she needs to say to take our order and checks us out. She doesn’t say, “Your pizza will be out shortly.“ She doesn’t say, “Have a nice day!” She just hands me the receipt and walks away. I asked my sister, “Is it was just me or was she being rude.” My sister, with her feelings visibly hurt by how Tameka was treating us, tells me that she was being rude. I go to the pizza line to order a No Name Cake and I can see her being very loud with the customers in front of me. She was visibly happy, laughing and talking with the customers. But when I get to the counter and ask for a No Name Cake she loudly says, “You don’t have to wait in this line! This line is for pizza! Next time go straight to the cash register!” I grab my no name cake, I pay for it and she gives me the receipt with an additude and annoyance. My siblings and I felt really sad leaving the restaurant . We are well below the age of majority and Tameka treated us so unbelievably unprofessionally that it just breaks my heart. To make things even worse, two months later Tameka is still holding grudges with my family, still treating me the same and I don’t know why. I called in to file a complaint and she justified the way she treated me and my brother. Laughed at my respectful, heartfelt complaint and said, “ You have my name do whatever you want with it.” I am of course under-aged which is why I think she feels like it is ok to treat me like this. But it never ok to treat a customer like this. Every time I think about her and the way she treats me it makes my stomach hurt. I am a customer and you don’t treat your customers this way no matter how young or how old. I hope that she will stop treating her customers so poorly and start treating all her customers with respect.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendliness is extremely important when running a business. If you treat a child poorly they will likely remember the way you treated them. It is important to treat all customers with care and respect.

I had a MOD Pizza for the first time. I'm not a diehard fan of pizza however; this pizza was great! The crust was thin, which I like, and the sauce was perfect. Great job MOD Pizza!!!!!

I hate the black lady/ man whatever she is! I think she or he is the manager , always yelling at people so obnoxious and not pleasant to look at , specially with her/his shorts sagging like a gang member , geez what kind of people do they hire to represent their establishment …not going back to look at that thing ….

I don’t even have all the words to say how heavy this weighs on my heart that someone would treat my sweet girl with such cruelty and ugliness. My daughter who works in the plaza went to Mod Pizza for lunch as she does to varies food places there. She simply asked if they give plaza employees any kind of discount as most other food places do. Instead of just a simple no we don’t. The manager NINA has the audacity to yell at my daughter from across the restaurant. Just yelling at her in front of all the customers there for asking a simple question. She made my daughter cry from embarrassment. My daughter took her food and went back to work. Her manager went in to talk to the manager at Mod a pizza and she yelled at my daughters manager too, refused to give her name and went and hid in the back. This is appalling and despicable. Well her name is NINA and I think it’s horrible that you’re ok with treating people that way. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. And to Mod Pizza, I hope you investigate this and watch the camera footage because no one deserves to be treated the way your manager Nina treated my daughter and then her manager. The fact that other employees had to apologize for her behavior shows you how disrespectful it was.I’ve worked in food service and I understand some customers can be rude, but it doesn’t give you the right to treat people who are kind that way. My daughter is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet and she absolutely did not deserve to be treated like that.

If I could leave no stars I would, I was in there enjoying my pepperoni pizza when the manager Nina lashed out on an employee who works in one of the surrounding businesses. She then hid in the back of the restaurant once confronted about the situation. I've never seen a manager act in such an unprofessional manner! Definitely needs to be held accountable! wont be returning until Nina is gone.......idk if it was Nina's salty attitude or the nasty pizza that left a bad taste in my mouth.
