Super disappointed, I ordered a chicken noodle soup & a kids grilled cheese to go. The wait was 15min but I was okay with that at first, because here I was thinking I was gonna get a delicious grilled cheese & yummy soup. That was not the case.My grilled cheese was so hard I had to tear the outside apart and only eat the middle in which that was 2 bites each half, then my chicken noodle soup was so plain and I found only 2 pieces of tiny chicken. I paid almost $15 and threw out the plain soup and most of my hard sandwich. I've never had this experience at other Paneras but I will stay the heck away from this location from now on!

Good food, good pricesVegetarian options: Needire options. Love the corn soup. Wish you had the butternut soup year round. The bagels with the soup are too hard. I have to order the multi grain roll extra

Their bread was VERY stale and tasted old. Also very overpriced for what you're getting.

Paid for extra tuna(around 4 bucks)in my tuna sandwich and received a barely “normal”portion. The normal portion is unsatisfactory to the size of the tuna sandwich which is the reason I get extra tuna. This is the exact reason why I go to the Yucaipa location(they were just unfortunately out of tuna today which is the reason I’ve decided to give this place another shot After a few years) Yucaipa location is better in every shape way and form, do not bother with this Redlands Location the drive to the Yucaipa Panera is so worth it. From the line making food, which is impeccable and the cashiers to the atmosphere. Everything is amazing. I dislike this location so much it’s not even worth going back to get the sandwich remade. I’m just never gonna go here again. Stick to the Yucaipa location people. Trust me.

Just a quick stop for a drink today. Quiet enough today for conversation. Had to clean off own table.

What can I say? I always love Panera! Some favorites are the Napa almond chicken sandwich and the chicken and wild rice soup, which conveniently are a value duet and therefore a great price for a full meal. I've also tried a smoothie here, and it was great and reminded me very much of a typical smoothie at Jamba or elsewhere. The chocolate chip cookies and the brownies are also great, and the most amazing thing is the kitchen sink cookie, but it's also 800 calories so beware hahaha. Definitely sign up with the MyPanera app, as you can get a free bakery item for your birthday. Every so often they also offer free or reduced price trials of their unlimited sip club membership, where you can get a free coffee, tea, caffeinated lemonade, or soft drink every two hours if you wanted to.

So I visited the Palm Springs location and due to the General Manager I was displeased with my 1st time walking in. The. to have a round Robin interview with a group of 7 others.None of which a former general manager in food service. However my son suggested this place and a BBQ pulled pork sandwich on toasted bread. OH MY GAWD!! ASIDE FROM PALM SPRINGS I'M NOW A CUSTOMER AND FOUND ME A NEW MENU ITEM TO ENJOY!!!

Driving across America was the first time I ever encountered a PANERA. It was genuinely a Jesus moment after so much McGarbage and Cracka-barrel. But in a town like Redlands with so many choices a PANERA comes off as an, "Oh yeah -- that place." Still better than Crapdonalds but there are places better than Panera, whether they be the simple but delightful 'country store' OLIVE STREET MARKET or the sublime and addictive STELL COFFEE & TEA on Barton. In general this chain is alright but I'm here to b!tch about the bagels. They're not good. Yes, I spent four years in Brooklyn NYC once upon a time, but if we are to accept the premise it's not fair to compare Panera to real bagels -- then -- how about the fact I prefer ALDI's packaged bagels over Panera's fresh?Bagels have to have both a light 'bready' experience combined with a dense gooey chewy sensation. Once toasted ALDI pulls this off. PANERA lacks the gooey chewy and comes off as simply bread shaped like a bagel. And I'd now like to reject the premise that it's 'okay' for PANERA to not serve real bagels. Why? THEY'RE A NATIONWIDE CHAIN, Thank You. What -- they can't afford to learn how to do it the right way and master it? WHY NOT?So I know Panera offers a lot more than bagels, true, and again they do a solid job in that area. But they've had enough time. Pick your lazy butts up, buy a good bagel store in NYC, and duplicate what they do nationwide.
