Picked up a few ice creams for family snacks/ desserts. Tried every one and they're all good but my favorite is ube honey ice cream with cheese cake and mango popping boba. Very good combination of flavors. Good service, warm and accommodating. Place clean and organized. Quiet place to relax, enjoy dessert and have family conversation. Outside patio sitting (with koi pond) when available also an alternative choice.

So good!!! The toppings are always fresh!!! The gentleman working is always patient and kind as my children decide what they want to get.

Makes me so happy we still have Pinkberry around. Man idc what the media says I want me some good yogurt and my chocolate crunch.Their employees are always super kind too, Lily was super sweet and got me everything I needed for my order. She shared the same love for pinkberry that I did, so we connected really well!I will be going out of my way from now on to come get me some pinkberry. Can’t beat their frozen yogurt so darn good ?

Very good frozen yogurt and conveniently located next to Nothing Bundt Cakes. I got the oreo flavor to go with a chocolate cake, and it was perfect!

Love this place! Excellent environment and happy employees. Loved Pinkberry. I had the original froyo and it was great!

THIS BUSINESS IS AN EMBARRASSMENT!! I came in for frozen yogurt and the floor was disgusting, like it wasn't swept or mopped. The counters were dusty. There were visible boxes of supplies in the front lobby full of stuff like the bowls and straws. I also witnessed an employee exiting the bathroom and saw boxes of the same nature IN THE BATHROOM. Not only was I repulsed by the uncleanliness of a business I was purchasing something that I was ingesting, but also was unsatisfied with their customer service. This employee was rude and disrespectful towards a paying customer. On top of everything else, I received my forzen yougurt with moldy fruit that had an awful smell. I 100% don't recommend supporting this business or even paying money for an experience like this. Honestly, hadn't heard if it before and now I know why! They dont even have that many options and I would rather go somewhere where I, as a customer, am respected, as well as somewhere where I am paying for something worth my money.

I used to work there as a manager for approximately 4 months. Owner is unprofessional and rude to her employees constantly. Owner has fired 7 employees in 4 months and 5 employees voluntarily quit because of hostile environment/verbal abuse and constant screaming by the owner towards the employees. There is a turn over rate of new employees because owner would fire them for unvalid reasons. When opening store in the morning only 2 machines are working instead of 4 because owner never shows up on time to help to run the store smoothly. Lack of training by owner, new inexperienced employees are training other new employees. When machines are not working properly on time in the mornings I would offer free toppings to customers while they are waiting to be served and I get scolded by owner by doing the right thing. I hope owner gets her act together and treat her employees with respect and praise them instead of constantly screaming and complaining about her employees!!!!

I'm new in the area and seen this place as I was driving around. I walked in hoping to be greeted with kindness but instead was given a horrible attitude by a gentlemen who I believe was the manager. Not only did I receive bad costumer service but I also noticed my fruit had a horrid smell to it and did not taste right. After reading other reviews, I now know that not only does this place give out expired cones, but they are also willing to give out expired and old fruits. This is unprofessional and unsanitary. Get your shit together.

This place is ran by a very unprofessional woman. And has very rude management. There are also moldy fruits and condiments. It also smells very rotten. Often gets hot inside as well.

I worked here for a few weeks. the coworkers were amazing. the management? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. the fruit is not fresh at all. we were forced to serve pineapple that had been left out on the toppings bar for a month. the same pineapple i myself tried it and it tasted absolutely rancid, We were forced to serve moldy chamoy and nearly 2 year old cones to customers. The temperature in the shop was 82°-85° and management said "we are approaching the winter months don't turn on the AC". This was my first ever job, they scheduled me without a workers permit and i don't have my food handlers. I took this job very seriously and if i saw moldy fruit i would throw it away regardless of what the owner said. me and my coworkers tried our absolute best to keep the store clean and sanitized but the drains there at pinkberry stink so horribly , there were gnats absolutely everywhere, flying over the toppings and fruit. There are roaches. i don't recommend this place to anyone. as an ex employee i'm telling you , you can find a better froyo shop. this place is far from clean and i feel bad for my ex coworkers who still have to work for such horrid people. the unprofessionalism is absolutely insane. if i could give it 0 stars i would

Drove all the way here and they were closed. The time is 8:15. Website, Yelp and the door says they are open until 9.

Zero stars ... I used to work here and was an opening "manager", the owner used to force staff to serve MOLDY DECOMPOSING FRUIT to customers and I was criticized and yelled at in front of customers for trying to do the right thing. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and disgusting. lack of training, maintenance and sanitation of equipment. AVOID this place at all costs!!!!

The manager is completely unprofessional. I worked there for 4 days & the experience I had for my first ever job was crazy. (I worked 4 days in a span of 2 weeks) I was freshly out of high school & in May and applied to pinkberry and right away I received a call from the manager letting me know she's willing to schedule an interview. Long story short we interview the same day she let me know I was going to begin training the same week on Sunday. I came in & was training with another girl. I found out she's the managers daughter friend. I wasn't scheduled with her the next 3 days of me working there because she was in high school so she would get scheduled afternoon-night & i was scheduled morning-afternoon. I wouldn't say i was above and beyond because it was my first job I was still learning. on my 3rd day the manager came in discussing the new schedule with one of the other employees who is in charge. She asked me to write down the hours I worked so far as well as my availability for the following week. I gave both to her and was handling customers then she eventually handed me a check. She told me I can leave work an hour early because the screens at the time weren't working so no one was coming in. She left before I did & I served myself a large yogurt with topping & i'd like to add employees can have one free yogurt during or before they leave. (it'll make sense if you keep reading) Before I left I asked the guy who's in charge of the schedules if i was still scheduled the afternoon the next day as it was my first closing shift & he looked at me in my eye & said yes come in tomorrow. I left went home & came in the next day at 5 pm. 30 min into my shift the manager walks in and says hello to everyone including me & almost 10 min pass & I ask the manager if i can get sent the schedule for the following week. She took a second to answer then began to say I wasn't gonna be working there anymore so I asked if there was any reasons why i was being let go so I can better myself for my next job but she didn't have any reason for me she just said " there's not any particular reason I just don't think you're fit for this role " then walks away from me. I began to ask if i'm still going to be paid for the 5 hours i'm working & again she hesitated and asked how long i've been working for so i replied with almost an hour i've been here for 40 min & quickly she said " no you aren't getting paid for today so if you want just call a ride or just work the 5 hours but you won't be getting paid for it". like excuse me what ? work 5 hours without pay ? I basically worked an hour without pay. Obviously I left because i'm not gonna continue to work for you if i'm not getting paid. A family member of mine went into the store and asked her why she didn't tell me before i went in for the day I was no longer gonna be working there & she straight up lied to my family members face and said that the guy who makes the schedule told me the day before. I still have a message with him confirming I was going in for that day. The fact you feel so comfortable screwing with a 17 year old is disgusting. this is to the guy who is in charge of the schedules Jose if you had a problem with me you could've addressed it to me but you complained about any little thing regarding me instead of giving me corrections LIKE A PERSON WHO TRAINS WOULD but no. He really snitched on me to the manager because i thought we were able to take any size yogurt so i took a large when it's supposed to be a small so he told the manager as soon as he could . this is to the manager you need to take a good look in the mirror and look at how you treat the people who work for you. remember that THEY WORK FOR YOU. Give respect to your employees. & the "there not a particular reason you just aren't fit for this role" you could've just said you aren't hired because

So happy to see a location still open- tastes like I remember! Employees were very kind, happy to give us samples and have a little conversation. The inside is really clean and nice to see families eating inside. Overall a great spot to get a little treat.
