Ordered a pizza a 1:10pm for myself and some work associates, lunch is at 2pm. At 1:30 relieve a text saying pizza is out for delivery and should arrive by 1:45pm. Pizza still not there, wait until 2pm, pizza still not there. Call store, they say the delivery driver is just leaving. Already sent my crew to lunch. Had to wait an additional 15min for it to arrive. Only had 10min left to eat after it did come over an hour after ordering. Terrible service.

My order was delayed by 1.5 hours, very unprofessional staff, they did not answer the phone when I called to check order status. My call went to a central person who asked me which store I ordered at, and then i was on hold for ever! This was ridiculous.

pizza was overcooked and dry and very little toppings. I do not think I will order pizza hut again. very disappointing and we spent close to $200 for three pizza and three orders of hot wings

This place is literally 1 mile away from my home and they said they don't deliver to my address. If you can't deliver 1 mile away you guys should get shut down! Horrible customer service as well!

Considering it was Super bowl the two staff members truly held the fort down. By maintaining wonderful customer service while under sever pressure. My orders were correct and fresh. Great job to the both of them.

I paid for my food as well as tipping them even though I drove to Pizza Hut myself with my baby and they were just standing around but had the audacity to still give me attitude like b**** I tipped you for standing there, then come to find out they messed up my order so I had to get my baby out of the car again. We come inside and I see them playing with their hair while making pizza and I know most places don't wear hair nets anymore but they should at least be tied up in a tighter bun because I'm sure people don't want hair in their food.

I placed an order back in September, because Strongman Pizza was closed. I waited and waited and eventually I fell asleep waiting on the order. I called the next day and was told my order was cancelled, I would get a refund. 2 weeks passed I called again and was told a manager would contact me waited another 2 weeks called again and was told the manager would be there any minute and would return my call. Here we are 60 days later, I still haven't heard from this place! Crappy pizza and horrible service.

Worst place got a pizza pepperoni and green peppers pinnaple breadsticks. No pinnaple on pizza and marinara sauce had the whole lid covered in mold!!! MOLD FROM A WHILE!!! THE WHOLE LID WAS COVERED IN MOLD WHEN YOU OPENED IT. Never got my "credit" back! Worst place nasty

Ordered a large number of pizza for employee appreciation event. I ordered at about 10:45 am and needed them by 11:45 am. The delivery driver was on time and very friendly and helpful with our large order. Pizza was good and also hot.

This pizza hut was very good. The cashier's were friendly. The pizza was beautiful. And hot. I think pizza hut kinda raised their prices. Just because they have wing street. Well I worked at pizza hut corporate restaurant witch had a salad bar wing street. And the prices were always affordable. I worked at pizza hut. Medina Ohio. We will just say a long time. Lol. Anyways the little pizza hut on Colton Blvd in Redlands CA will do. I come back here.
