Waitress was really great. She came to our table right away and asked about drinks and water. The bar lady came shortly after with drinks. Our soup and salad was quick in getting served. Food was great. Delicious and well presented. Thank you for a great lunch.

I used to go alot but haven't ben for 15 years menu is definitely small way smaller than it used to be I ordered pasta dish and I took one bite and sent it back I had them make the mushroom ravioli Insted and that was almost as inedible not a place I would recommend for food it looks like they dumped most of their money in the bar it was also so cold inside that even with a jacket my partner and myself were still cold

I enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms and Brussel sprouts. My husband had the seafood ravioli and he enjoyed the hint of lemon. I got the pasta rustica, however, although it looks good, I am full from the appetizers.
Unfortunately Macaroni Grill will most likely be the next restaurant chain to fall due to poor service and high food prices... we went here recently to celebrate a friend's birthday. The place looks rundown and they put the B rating they got on the door that nobody walks through. Just like most places these days the quality of employees has gone down hill. Unprofessional and socially unattached people. Not mention the food not being good at all.

We entered the restaurant to find the reception desk vacant. It was five minutes before some greeted us and sat us at a table.We waited another five minutes before a server appeared.We ordered beers, but the server placed them on a nearby table and left to attend to a larger party. After several minutes, I got up and retrieved the two beers. The server returned eight minutes later and apologized for not serving us our beers. But, only after I confronted her about not serving us our beer. The server chose to work another station.Our new server was very attentive. The food was tasty, but in small portions. This was my last visit.

I admit it's been a long time since I've been to a Macaroni Grill. I was expecting something a lot better based on my prior experience. Just like all other chains, it was average. The food tasted like it came out of a box. The bread wasn't delivered until we asked for it. The service was okay but our server disappeared for a bit. Overall, it's good in a pinch but I'd go elsewhere first.

Staff is always prompt to service you as you enter. Super friendly helpful staff. Food is amazing. Restaurant is nice, clean and noise level is low. We've gone to other Romanos locations and the Redlands one is always our first choice.

The food here is excellent, just like the staff. My waitress was Elizah, and I have nothing but good remarks in terms of her service. Upon entering this resturant, I was greeted by her with a friendly smile, and throughout the night she exhibited great attentiveness and speed, all while showing a positive attitude. I will definitely be coming back.
Walking in, the restaurant is clean and the gentleman greeting us was very nice. We ordered the mushroom ravioli and chicken parmigiana. Both were good, but my mushroom ravioli was 'off the charts' amazing. Alexis, our waitress, greeted us with a smile and was a 10 out of 10 for customer service, menu knowledge, attention to the water & table needs and just plain awesomeness. She recommended the Blood Orange Cosmo. It was so good, my friend ordered one as well. We decided on ordering 2 more for dessert! Wish I would've taken photos but we enjoyed such good conversation- I forgot. Totally recommend this restaurant. I'll be back next week.

Our table for 5 was nice. A large round table which made conversation easy. Our order was taken promptly and food arrived quickly. Food was good and our orders were correct. No offer of fresh grated parmesan or pepper. We did not see our waiter after food arrived and needed ask for the check, although the restaurant was getting busy and staffing seemed pretty short. I think he was just spread too thin. Our checks were correct and we were able to pay them promptly (we had asked for 3 separate checks for our table). All in all it was a good place to meet and chat with friends who were visiting from out of town. We also had enough food for leftovers.

Came in for lunch and the whole place had a funky smell going on. The stuffed mushrooms were actually gross, we both ate one and said no thank you.... my pasta was soupy instead of creamy. The noodles were overcooked and soggy. It seems like the ingredients they're using are different than in years past, and it's translating into subpar food. I also found it necessary to add both salt and pepper to the dish. Terrible processed chicken, skimpy portions of the meat in the dish... and the man who waited on us came over to the table enough times but he seemed to be just generally annoyed. This place used to be a favorite of mine but the nosedive is real and I shan't be back.

the two of us walked in on a friday night, immediately got a table, and had a great time. we ordered the ricotta meatballs & spaghetti and chicken parmesan...both delicious. we were so full that we didn't have room for dessert! with sodas, the bill was $48 with tax...not bad, latrice was our friendly and very attentive server, and the place is nice, clean, and modern. i'll definitely come here again the next time i visit san bernardino county.

We made a reservation for an early dinner and immediately as we walked in were given a booth. Our amazing waitress Raquel introduced herself with a great smile. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The food was good and tasted fresh. Out of the whole experience, we must say that it was the amazing service provided by our waitress Raquel. I visited other restaurants and have received great service but Raquel tops them all. Raquel thank you for the service and for making us feel like royalty. Blessings!
