A go to spot for me on my way to the mountains. Stop in for a coffee and water and a restroom break before going to big bear. Sometimes the parking situation is wild because the lot in front of the store is pretty small, and the drive through line is sometimes pretty long so it might not be the fastest experience but it is still nice. Plenty of indoor seating as well if that’s what you’re into.Parking: Small lot in front, large lot further away

I went through the drive through even though it was like a 3 min fast pass payton was amazing she made me feel super confortable by just making a sweet conversation while we were waiting for our drinks. Something small like that can make your day better.

Please for the love of god stop playing Taylor swift, I used to love coming in here to grade my students papers, but for some reason I think your radio is stuck on a Taylor swift playlist. It just keeps going, it’s driving me crazy so now I go to the Starbucks on Ford because this is too much. I don’t know if the baristas think it’s funny or if they have any control whatsoever. I honestly don’t ever notice music at retail stores but this is too much.. It’s Strange! Fix it please, even my co workers have noticed.

This is my favorite Starsbucks location, where I have frequently visited for the last few years. Things have been great until the new recruit team arrived.My customized drinks are completely out of flavor. If it is not salty, it is sweet.For the last 2 weeks, I could only consume 3 out of 10.Should the new Manager look back at the initial training for the new recruit?Richard.
