Got in drive thru 8:25pm today they said they close at 830 but lights were off and they stated they were closed. They stated they closed early due to staffing but I have never seen Starbucks really understaffed I have seen rushes.

My car broke down, today at around 2pm, and the city towing patrol towed me in front of this Starbucks. While we were talking with the tow driver a nice young tall Caucasian Starbucks lady came to us and offered to get us some Starbucks because it was cold outside in the rain. She was so kind to prepare them for the driver and myself. And the drinks tasted so good! Thank you!

I wasn't sure what I was going to order as I pulled up to the menu. Telling the man over the intercom I need some time to look , and was pleasantly surprised at his polite response that I should take my time. I further complicated his composure by telling him in advance that we had two orders and two different forms of payment as well as needed to collect those points to a different profile but all will be on the same phone and we needed his patience to get all this done. With a smile he simply told us no problem and handled our situation very smooth. Thank you Starbucks for hiring people that take their job seriously and always with a smile. ?Barton M.

alex helped me today and he was amazing!!! i needed help finding a price for a cup he took time looking for it even tho i didn't get the cup and even washed my plastic cup for me !! employees like him rly make a difference :) my matcha also tasted very yummy

Darn I liked this Starbucks but they gave me the wrong coffee. I went through the drive through and ordered a latte. I didn't drink it until I got to my destination. When I drank it, it was really sweet. I looked at the label and it was a white mocha. I can't drink that due to a medical condition so I had to throw it out. This may have cured me of going to Starbucks. A lot to pay for the wrong drink.

Management needs to update their hours. Posted hours aren't even being adhered to either. Store frequently closes 30 minutes to an hour earlier than posted. Get with the program. Buy a functional chronometer.

This is a great location! Good customer service. Nice atmosphere, clean, and relaxing location to hang out and drink your coffee. Service was fast did a mobile order upon pulling up went inside and was ready before the time it said it would be . The drinks were perfect in every way from the taste to the Appearance . Highly recommend this location when your on the road and need to stop for a good pick me up because it's right off the freeway .Parking: Didn't get a count, but probably 50 spots or more, at leastKid-friendliness: Kid friendly as you can have your kid with you and they do have treats and snacks that kids can have .Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and a ramp for wheelchair access
