Rude and inefficient staff. They got my order wrong even after I corrected them with the order receipt. Extremely unhygienic staff who clearly don't know how to wear a mask.

I went to order a BOGOFREE in this location last June 3,2021. I ordered online and went inside the store to pick it up when i got a notification that its ready. They told me that their computer is down and that they cannot give my order even if its paid for. I told them i can show my order details and still they did not give me my order… So, people, i am giving this store a negative rating and i even contacted customer service for refund of my money, but until now, no response from them. They do not deserve a one star…There should be a negative star.

Customer service is terrible and the veggies were not fresh. I asked for a side of sweet onion and when I got home it seemed like there wasn't anything in the cup and it was closed tightly. I'm very disappointed and this isn't my first time experiencing this but it was the last!

I went by today to get my usual six inch an the girl that was working there didn't give me double meat she gave me two extra when it's suppose to be extra four pieces of meat I didn't get her name but I'm upset now

Poor customer service. Even worse cleanliness. couldn't tell from the mask if she was cursing at me, but i'm sure the sandwich maker hates her job. should deff quit or find something she likes doing more than getting angry at a paying customer for asking for a toasted sandwich. I mean who eats a cold Spicy Italian, gross.

I like my sandwiches made from places that use BREAD. According to reliable news services, their bread has so much sugar in it, it can't be called bread. Either stop using sugar dough bread, or start offering Apple Fritters.

Went in the store to order a sandwich and asked why the soda fountain was still not in service which I know was due to the COVID virus but the girl behind the counter made some smart remark and said it wasn't her problem and as I was leaving because of her attitude I said it is now ,cause I'm taking my money somewhere else there is no reason for this behavior this girl doesn't deserve to work there and as for the soda fountain all the other restaurants like subway that I've been to are selling drinks from their soda fountains so why can't subway figure it out ? This is rediculous !! If you want my business open the damn soda fountain.and as for the website it's a joke because I have to buy something and then be rudely treated with a receipt in order to complain to corporate about the rude behavior !!
