I chose this subway because it was in a good Location thinking the service would be at least decent. On top of the service, not being good. The reason why I decided to write this review today was because the manager or owner was sitting on top of the prepping table with no shoes in front of me while another employee was prepping my sandwiches.

Had the worst Sandwich Maker I've had so far. the chick never looks at me once. Ask me what I want on my sandwich, sides, toppings, the whole time never looking up at me. Then rings up my total and gets snarky when i said i wanted a meal. She says "oh you didnt say you wanted a meal" like it was my fault for her inconvenience. Makes a face like I'm wasting her time, Then proceeds to text on her phone while i pay. She hands me the receipt with her eyes down looking at her phone. Then walks away. No, thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. Very poor customer service. The Google reviews echoed the same sentiment.

Couldn’t even get a sentence out of my mouth before getting cut off by the sandwich maker. I get having rough days but it’s been an occurrence several times.

The sandwich maker was the most rude person I’ve ever met as a customer service worker. I would NOT recommend this Subway. On top of the ridiculous rudeness they were out of stock on everything.

Me and the hubby went to subway on Saturday morning had the best customer service i think we ever got in our lives honestly love the lil asian girl she honestly made me leave that place feeling like my day was gonna be great just by her energy we love her

It’s pretty slow. Especially when the manager decides to put away trays of bread when there’s a line and there’s only one other person on the line. It takes up too much of my work lunch time to make it worth my while. For ten dollars I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This is the worst subway I have ever been in. The girl behind the counter has no personality and was extremely lazy, she did not wash her hands, she acted like she was doing me a favor for making my sandwich. I will not be coming back

The lady had an attitude with us and her coworker…she wanted to charge for another sandwich blaming it on extra toppings…. I asked for extra sauce and she pored an exaggerated amount!!! Over all poor customer service I will never recommend that place or be coming back.

It's been a while since I've done a review. And it's really Sad that my 1st one back is only a 3 star. I would have given more but there was a lady there working that called somebody from behind me right up next to me and took his order when when I had not even given mine.. It says on the front door that they're using masks and social distancing but she called this gentleman right up next to me Not 2' separating us and he did not have a mask on. Ms. Dutta did really well with the 3 of us. If it wouldn't have been for her this probably would have been a one star. It will be a while before I go back to this Subway. If I ever do.. The way that she treated me was not right.
