I went in for a footlong sub, which I have on many previous occasions and after the sandwich was made, I asked for it to be toasted. I was then informed that their machine was down, I paid as they had already made the sandwich. The sub was absolutely terrible, the bread was soggy and it did not taste fresh as it had on every other visit, so I called back to the store to let them know of my experience and after informing them of my dissatisfaction, I was hung up on by a man who was being incredibly rude. I then called back and they would not answer the phone. I threw the sandwich away instead of returning it, which I had planned to do.

The morning crew here is always rude and does not seem very friendly and hardly ever smile and always seem to be rushed and this is including the manager gabby. The food is okay although they are messy workers and do not keep work area or lobby clean when I come in the morning when I do go in at night the crew are more friendly and cleaner and neater and so now I will continue to only come in the evening my favorite worker is a young lady with a beautiful smile with bright lipstick and amazing customer service and I can say she is what brings customers back.

The girl with glasses said we couldn't eat in the lobby and it was 9:06 pm and they close at 10:00 pm i understand they want to leave early. But it's an hour from closing not 20 minutes.

I went to subway for dinner and had an excellent experience. A young woman with nose piercings on both sides was very amicable and patient. I was placing an order for my grandfather who can take a moment to hear and verbalize what he wants. She did not rush us and gave us her complete attention. It means the world to me when people can recognize certain situations and spread a little compassion my way. The subway menu changed, but majority of the sandwiches are the same under a new name. The meatball marinara is always a classic! I also tried the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with jalapeño bread. They remodeled the inside of the restaurant, so it's very nice and appealing.The prices aren't the $5 subs my grandpa remembers, but paying $12 for a sandwich is crazy. I rather pay an extra couple bucks and get a full entree with two sides at a restaurant. Three 6 inch subs & three drinks came out to around $36. No avocado was added. No cookies or chips. The customer service was the main thing that made me overlook the price! Shoutout to the sweet workers here.

I brought my son here for father's day lunch and we walked up to the back door and there was such a strong smell of pot and smoke I couldn't believe it so I grabbed my son and left I hope this place goes out of business for having drugs at the store and employees doing

The workers here are lazy, offered a salad and they said they’re not allowed to chop the Turkey up or the mozzarella. That’s terrible and if the owners are putting rules on that then it’s even worse!

I would give zero stars if I could. let's start off with the fact that there's only one worker no other workers also the fact that that the one worker is very slow ...I'm not trying to be mean but it's just a fact Subway needs to do better a couple of people walked out due to how long the worker was taking I was in there for over 30 minutes for an online order should've been done by the time I came in but no it wasn't and also the worker said he would start it but proceeded to help some other customers . I think it's not fair for him to be alone and he seemed new as well due to how slow he was going please get more people or close simple as that .
