The food is so good here. Idk what it is. I've eaten at other TB's and it's been hit or miss and sometimes gross even, but I swear they put magic in their food here. I could eat a Mexican pizza from here every day of my life. The staff seem pretty friendly, too. Thanks, guys

$5 Cholupa Box is the best deal around and is alot of food! Cholupa taco, regular soft taco, bean burrito, cinnamon twists, AND medium drink!... and for just $5?!?!... Nowhere else even comes close to that!!
Came inside store because I knew if I’d went threw the drive threw they would have pass anything threw the window like they always do. But I’m here at 6pm inside order 5 festa potato’s bowls ,5 chicken tacos , but I don’t want the potatoes that’s been sitting in that warmer. One of the employee inside looks at the manger because I said fresh potatoes, squeezed it knowing they weren’t fresh. And tried to say quietly but did…, not making nothing fresh. So sad. That this is what customer service has come too. Highly unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend

Just was served the nastiest wet and greasy tacos I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. Stuck my hand in the bag and everything was soaking wet. Had to turn around and drive 10 minutes back to the location for replacements. To make matters worse, the Taco Bell Employee I spoke with met me with a nasty condescending attitude to match the disgusting excuse for $2 tacos they served. Horrible. Your employees should be willing to serve people edible food and be slightly more gracious if an order is botched. Why would you serve sopping wet tacos to a customer? Is there not even a modicum of quality control? Employee acted like she was doing me a favor replacing them. The original tacos seemed like they had been dipped in camel spit. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone actually spit in them. Threw the replaced order in the garbage when I got home. I won’t be coming back.Classless customer service on top of terribly low quality order. It shouldn’t be that hard to serve a serviceable taco at TACO Bell. You serve the same few menu items all day.

Manager,is always yelling at employees,in front of customers, I was manager once,and I would never speak to my employees like this lady .ben there 3 times.. cause I wanted to give them a chance,,never going there again.
