Food is so good, bathroom is so disgusting. Make sure you don’t need to use the restroom when you go because they don’t clean it at all. Urine is everywhere. The smell is bad. It will ruin your appetite.

I came in and enjoyed the food and vibes, last time I came in was pre pandemic, and the food left an impression on me, so I had a taste for it and it was worth the drive in rush hour traffic, grabbed a blazing number1 some buffalo fries, they could have added a little bit more fries in the buffalo fries but surprisingly it was quite filling given the amount of chicken and also some wings it was quite delicious pricing is reasonable, I’d double back

The food is great one of the best seafood spots ! The service could be better only downfall of this place. Atmosphere is pretty chill.Parking: Depending on the time of day you go will determine parking availability!
I walked in to what it seemed as a small "poop deck"... but ended up tasting the best seafood I have had In years. The flavors were on point and the spices clear my nose... over all nice time and would go again...

Customer service was horrible, they skipped us, waitress rolled her eyes and made a face when we told them about skipping us. Food was good, until I found a piece of metal in my shrimp, so gross and unsafe. Could cause internal damage if digested.

First time I’ve ever been to this place. It was very run down and dirty. The women’s restroom was beyond disgusting. The water didn’t even shut off on the bathroom sink. The windows and window frames were nasty dirty. They seriously need to upgrade their interior and tables. Now let’s talk about the food. I ordered the garlic noodles with shrimp and a lobster tail on top. The lobster was rubbery and the garlic sauce for the dish was the worst garlic sauce I’ve ever tasted. We also had the crab fried rice. Now that rice was the most yummy thing I had there. So I recommend take out and that rice only .Parking: Had to park on the side streetKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

Tried to eat here yesterday everything was going good we ordered drinks and lemon pepper garlic fries which were good and we also got the combo #1 (shrimp, crawfish, and clams). Once our seafood boil came out we opened it and the smell was horrific. It was a very strong putrid smell that made us lose our appetite. My boyfriend decided to try a clam to see if it tasted the way it smelled and said it tasted like ammonia so we decided not to eat anything from it and just tell our server to take it back. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get her attention even though it was not that busy and once we explained the problem she looked annoyed, didn't apologize and just took the food away and most likely gave it to another customer. Also the restrooms were extremely filthy. Been disappointed by the Fontana location before and wanted to give Redlands a chance but it's just as bad.
Took my granddaughter to go eat there for her birthday. Everything was so delicious. Everything was so good. We left there very satisfied.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly our waitress loved my grandson

I found tape worms in my food.Saved a few on a napkin and the cook came out grabbed the napkin and they fell on the floor, when I pointed them out he stepped on them and said it’s fine. Then the Chinese guy owner or manager paid for the bill and apologized. Crazy how they didn’t even try to sanitize or offer everyone a refund and check their food. Contacting lawyer . Will post pictures once I’m allowed to

Great prices by the pound, garlic butter sauce is great. Parking can be a little tight. For a party of 3 or more, definitely get the combos that come with corn, sausage, and potatoes for a better deal. JuanLuis was an awesome server and catered to our needs.

Delicious! Have gone twice and got the combo #3 with crab legs, shrimp, mussels, and craw fish. Mild is perfect. The drinks from the bar are also really good. The wait is sometimes long but worth it. It would be better if there was a seated waiting area. The service is decent.
