So happy Redlands finally has a great downtown wine bar with a fantastic food program ! One of my favorite spots in town, nice owners too. Enjoy their fig salad or their sweet potato salad (depending upon the season). Delicious salmon entree, always great desserts and wine recommendations are usually spot on too. Always enjoy great customer service, during the rare occasion when something wasn’t to my liking, the server would quickly switch it out or offer to take it off our bill at the first mention. Owners have been very generous to local charities, several of which I’ve either attended or organized. My favorite time at Uncorked is dining with them for their Sunday brunch ! Proud to take visitors from out of town to share the Uncorked experience with them too.

Had a lovely date night here. This was my second time at the establishment. Both times the service, the food, everything was impeccable. I love the variety on the charcuterie board. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and the ambience is perfect for a romantic date night. Will definitely be back.

Do yourself a favor and visit Uncorked On State in downtown Redlands. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Spotless environment, eye catching decor, cool vibe, cozy nooks for varied seating options, ambiance, the list goes on.... The food and wine list are great and fairly priced - every sip and bite from first to last tastes amazing. Brings friends...spread the word. Highly recommended!!!

This place was such an amazing find in Redlands!! A little off the main shopping area, this is worth spending lots of evenings! Extensive wine menu from around the globe -- delicious French varietals are unusual to find in the Inland Empire, and also some great wines from all over California, as well as Italy, Australia, and Spain. Oh, and by the way, the food is outstanding. The service is the best. The owners are here and such nice folks! You don't want to miss this place!

We were surprised and delighted by this place we just discovered. Went for Sunday brunch without a reservation at opening time and we were seated right away. Absolutely loved the food, great service. The donuts are to die for!

Spectacular! Hidden gem. We all had different dishes and they were all delicious. Young chef is a culinary savant. Proprietors are lovely and engaged. Terrific wines and ambience. We were in town 3 nights and ate there 2 of them.

This place is for a little older crowd than us but we really enjoyed it. It was a nice location, great staff that put up with our dumb jokes and little requests. They knew our name from the reservation and asked some questions to know what we were up to. The food is phenomenal! We love the new brunch menu and can't wait to try something else. 100% our next date will be here!!!

A hidden gem in Redlands! What a beautiful place. It's just the perfect mix of private and cozy with elegance. Me and my good friend met for a girls night session. We had a glass of wine. The owner greeted us and the staff was phenomenal! Outstanding starters like olives and roasted nuts. The hummus was delicious paired with delicious veggies and bread bites. The whole place is so cozy and inviting. The roasted scallops with brussel sprouts were to die for. I loved the care and customer service was just so amazing I plan to return soon.

Our first time at Uncorked and had a delicious dinner tonight. I ordered the Caesar with Salmon and my wife ordered the Wine Burger. Both were perfectly cooked and very tasty. Service was good and ambiance was relaxed and comfortable. Will definitely return!

Fabulous food with a seasonably changing menu. The ambience is lovely, the vibrant blue hues of the dining room are lush & calming. Every service person was friendly, quick to smile, and knowledgeable. Suzanne & Jake are welcoming & are very intuitive with wine selections and/or pairings. We come here often as it's our favorite local spot!
