The ambiance is cute and clean. The service is very fast and they are focused. But the steak. Omg the dumplings. If I choose a last meal their dumplings rice and steak are part of it!!!It's a great place for vegans to eat. Seriously. They have many options.

The WORST waba grill experience I’ve EVER had, when I came inside of the building it literally smelled like a wet dog…. Almost like the smell of a grooming area in Petco…my girlfriend ordered a teriyaki bowl and she ended up throwing it away after ONE bite, she said it did NOT taste like waba grill at all. This experience ruined my waba grill cravings permanently

Waba grill is one of my favorite places to eat because of their healthy options. I love the way Waba Grill always accommodates my order for my diet/allergy needs. Love coming to the citrus plaza and enjoying the beautiful environment for families to relax. There are a multitude of places to eat dinner and have dessert right after.The restaurant was clean and the line was very short. I was slightly disappointed because this time around the cashier did not allow me to order plain chicken with zero waba sauce. The woman working the cashier refused to acknowledge that was a thing. She insisted that all the meat was marinated, although I've placed the order before at other locations. The food came out amazing besides the waba sauce being on the meat, but I'll still be back. This location usually has amazing service and awesome with accommodations.

For the second time the food has bin on par and really enjoy it and is good. 5 ⭐. Fairly good customer service. I just don't understand why they are changing me to not put cabbage in my bowl. This is the second store that has done it. That to me doesn't make sense

We went couple days ago when they said they ran out of steak. So we end up getting chicken. Chicken tasted weird and the next day we all including my 2 toddlers had food poisoning. My husband said probably had to get rid of the old chicken thats why they said they didnt have steak and of course we all got sick. No fresh chicken here go somewhere else unless you want to get food poisoning

The staff was very friendly and the guy who prepared our bowls did such a good job ! so much meat and perfect amount of rice thme other locations nearby are trash compared to this location worth the wait and price :)

I FOUND A METAL SHAVING IN MY FOOD!!! Wtf? I was sharing my bowl with my baby . IMAGINE if she ate that ?!?! Literally could have ripped her guts! I called and a man answered and told me that it comes from the rice.... That they normally get metal shaving and little rocks in the rice that they have to pull out ... wtf????? So he refunded me and told me "nicely" that they have my info down for next time I come in they can take care of me lol. Obviously it's to check if I'm bullshitting them NEXT TIME . There is no next time! So gross and weird get ur f****** rice from somewhere else . Who knows how many people have suffered injuries because of METAL SHAVINGS. Disgusting....

YUMMMM!!!! oh wow... i'm amazed at the flavor of the waba today. i'm vegetarian so i was really looking forward to breaking it today with excitement for some yummy waba beef. i'm so happy i did because the food is perfect today. the steak was wonderfully marinated, it was tender and had a great flavor. sweet, smoky and delicious!! the vegetables were tender fresh and crunchy! delicious. the avocado was delicious but a little oxidized, but that's a given since i came to pickup and it sat for a a couple minutes. extremely happy with my food... flavorful and filling!! the service was fine, i was helped quickly and given my food and i was out the door! very happy with my visit today!!

Late post. This would be my first visit after the pandemic. My teenage grandson wanted a salad for dinner. This place seemed to have the closest menu for a salad. He wanted to pay cash with his own money. Somehow they can't accept cash at the moment. Of course grandma to the rescue I used my debit card. He ordered the Chicken & Steak Veggie Bowl which has a combination grilled chicken and marinated rib-eye steak hand basted with their signature WaBa sauce served on top of rice and steamed veggies. Well he finished the whole serving and I had a spoonful to taste... was flavorful. I had to have their dumplings and would like to share with my 3 grandkids . Unfortunately the 10 pc was not available cause they only had the 5 pc left to serve. That's not good business! I believed they were precooked since It was served cold and not even a dipping sauce? I was expecting the dumplings to be crisp on one side kinda grilled maybe ? Dumplings were deliciously soft but no dipping sauce? I wasn't sure if they provided one and I didn't have time to check our to go bag when we left.
